What is the intended occupation for principal and spouse?

My wife is a dialysis nurse and i am a nurse and emt...

This group is very helpful... i hope you dont mind guys if i ask again something. My wife which is the principal, her ielts exam expired october last year, and we have submitted our application last june of the same year. Will it affect our application? Thanks.

Hi j_sagz,

Please share and post your application information so you can be included in the timeline. Please check the spread sheet being updated regularly by 02clar3nc325. You will see the attached spread sheet at the bottom of her post particularly in the signature portion.

Regarding your concern, have you written to MPNP about it? When did your supporter's relatives apply? Did MPNP interview your supporter already? If yes, what did your supporter say?

Please clarify so seniors here can give you helpful advise.

My friend (who is also my former colleague) have already submitted SP2 in favor of me on my application to MPNP, which I submitted online on 04.12.13. Simultaneously he is also supporting his brother-in-law, who has received LOA more than 6 months ago than my application. I asked my friend whether this will create any problem to my application. He replied that I didn't support anybody under friend or distant relative category, so I guess It will not create any problem. Do you have any information or case experience where such an issue raised problem in order to get MPNP approval? Could you please put your thought in this regard.

Hi Eusufzai,

As far as I can remember based on what I read from the MPNP website, it will not create any problem. It will only create a problem if your supporter is currently endorsing his relatives and at the same time supporting your application. Since you mentioned that the relatives already received LOA more than 6 months ago, so I don't think it will be a problem.

Dear Forum Members,

I learned from my close friend in Canada that Saskatchewan province under the Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program (SINP) is now open to applicants even without a job offer starting January 2, 2014. Before, SINP is open only for those with a job offer from an employer in Saskatchewan.

I visited the website of Saskatchewan and was able to confirm what my friend told me.

For those who will not be able to get an LOA from MPNP, there is definitely other options to consider. You may want to visit https://www.apps.gov.sk.ca/apex/f?p=305:1

IELTS is a requirement. They "might" asked you to provide another. Also, a requirement in CIC Application.
