MPNP Application Batch 2013

hi there guys,

I have problems right now regarding my application of permanent visa @ CIC.
I submitted my application last nov 22 2013 and unfortunately i missed to read the guidelines and missed some of its instructions:

1.) I missed to include self-mailing list label
2.) I submitted my package envelope(brown envelope) with blank labels, as per the guidelines i have to include my name adress and the CIC adress as well. I thought FEDEX will provide automatically those details on my package.
3.) I addressed my package via courier(fedex) to :Citizenship & Immigration Canada Provincial Nominee Program Centralized Intake Office PO BOX 1450 Sydney, NS B1P 6K5 Canada instead of Citizenship & Immigration Canada Provincial Nominee Program Centralized Intake Office 49 Dorchester Street Sydney, NS B1P 5Z2 Canada

These are my mistakes, what would possible will happen to my application?
I am so worried that my application might got lost.
How can I contact CIC to make sure that they recieved my application?
Is it ok ti submit another set of application to CIC?
Can some one help me please??

Mine was at SLEC, the extension clinic at Ermita (Bocobo Street). Yes, they are open on the 26th, I saw their holidays. SLEC is close on 24 and 25 December and then again on 30 and 31 December and 1 January. As they are one company, Global should have the same schedule.

Good luck and stay healthy. I am anxiously waiting that my results are all okay.

thanks my kids do have cough so will have them check tomorow..
i have a question, i was confined last january due to alergy (hypersensitivity) and my first born was also confined wen he was 2yrs old due to pneumonia now he is 4..my question is do i really need to declare it to them or i'll jst keep it?
.if ever i have to tell it to them do i need the hospital clearance? do i u think it will affect my application?

My ECAS has just updated when I checked it today December 21 to Decision made. Then the wwwexpress arrived with my passport but the delivery man forgot to bring official receipt of what I will pay. So he said he will just comeback on Monday morning.

Question:

Do you think it's approve already?

Hi Everyone,

I am new to this thread, I applied to MPNP under General Stream and got my LOA on Augest 2013. I send my application to CIO and the application is received on 8 OCT and received two emails from CIO i.e AOR with File number and another email with Medical Instructions and Form. In the instruction it is mentioned that i have to go for medical within 60 days of receipt of this email. My visa office is Islamabad, Pakistan, I am confused , as i read in the forum from others that Medical Requests are requested from VISA office not CIO. Moreover i have still not heard anything after AOR, not a confirmation that my files are transfered to ISM Visa office for further processing. Please help me in this regard, if i am being asked for medical then i have to sent them withing two weeks.
