Hello all,
I received an ineligibility letter today stating that I did not prove strong concrete proof of relationship. My question goes thus can I send the prove to them cos I dont want to reapply again cos it is written in the letter if I wish to reapply provided that I will be able to demonstrate that I meet the eligibility criteria.

Just last month my daughter received the same letter indicating that my son who is the sponsor did not endorse her sp2. We sent them a letter of consideration attaching documents that there has been a communication error. They requested us to print shot the Sp2 we emailed them at the sent item with the date that it was sent before they made the decision. Last nov 8 they reopen it.

Try to gather evidence or proof and email them at mpnpsupport and attached a letter of consideration.

I hope you can prove it cause i know how it feels

I am wondering what are the causes of delay these past few months. Starting March 2013 the updates from MPNP has been very slow and no new information is being provided for the forum. Wish we could hear good news.

Did she sent to MPNP her endorsed and reviewed SP2. If yes you have a case but if otherwise,the reverse becomes the case.

HE SENT ALL NECESSARY DOCUMENTS ON 20TH JUNE, HE WALKED DOWN TO MPNP OFFICE FOR SUBMISSION. I RANG THEM LAST NIGHT THE LADY THAT ATTENDED TO MY CALL SAID THEY HAVE STOPPED REQUESTING FOR ADDITIONAL DOCUMENTS THAT I SHOULD REAPPLY IF I CAN PROVIDE THE REQUIRED DOCS.

If you can give us complete details regarding your application and the exact reasons in which MPNP stated why they rejected your application. We might be able to understand the whole situation, rather than second guessing.

Hi Tosode!

Normally, SP2 (settlement plan/support from sponsor) is requested by MPNP to send by email. This was the case with my application. My sponsor emailed them to the MPNP. If your sponsor claimed handing it over to the MPNP personally but doesn't have any proof that MPNP received it, sad to say but it will be impossible for you to present your case to them. Your only option is to reapply.
