MPNP Application Batch 2013

Hi, I am new in this forum and i just submitted my online application General Stream last September 21,2013 and got my AOR the following day and the same day MPNP emailed my sponsor requesting for the Settlement Plan 2. Settlement plan was sent on Oct 9,2013. My question is my sponsor is supporting another application under Family stream and was approved for MPNP and already had medical check-ups and just waiting for the PR visa. Does it mean that she is not suppose to sponsor me yet because she is still sponsoring another persons application and that one is under family stream and mine is General? I asked my immigration consultation agency and they said it is possible for my sponsor to sponsor me eventhough she sponsored another person and still in process. But im worried now Pls i need advise. thank you very much

from my reading on Manitoba website and following senior members' comments. I believe that your sponsor won't be able to start your sponsorship until his/ her relative comes to Manitoba. Then, he/ she can start sponsor you

I called mpnp office two days ago i have the same dillema like yours. My sponsor is my friend she married and her husband sponsor his brother under mpnp as well. I asked them if they can process mine they said that it wont be because husband wife is consider as one. So one application. But shes still checking something she will lrt me jnow soon.

I hope they count it as per individual

Actually, I am a bit doubting to wait a few months or not. I already have a FSWP application at CIC as well. They already charged my credit card, so that is looking good as well, and should be a bit quicker, in theory...

The only difference I notice is that I applied for FSWP NOC 2174, and manitoba describes my work as NOC 2175... What to do... Sending my new application will cost me another 550 $.

After LOA, you need to submit the application to CIO and pay the processing fee. Once received, they will review and see if there are missing documents. For the next step, you can refer to the Timeline created for this forum.

Wow, I have no suggestion for this. You will have to decide properly here, because I think you are not suppose to have two different kinds of application at CIC. Anyway, you have a deadline, and it is about six months. I don't know about he procedure of FSWP, on how fast the process etc.

Hi digits,

FSWP is much faster than MPNP. If you already been charged by CIC for your FSWP , I think your one or two step ahead of your application for MPNP. I think what you should need is focus on your FSWP but still it's your call.

Congrats Digit. I'll suggest you hold on to the LOA since you have deadline of 6months and see how your FSW application will progress.
