Hi guys,

Need help please. Just received my nomination and I'm in the process of filling up my forms for CIC. Just a question for IMM0008 - Generic Application Form for Canada, I'm a bit confused which to choose under "category which you are applying"---if I'm going to put "Skilled Worker" or "Provincial Nominee". I'm under the impression that it should be provincial nominee but it says on my Letter of Nomination that for my PROV./TERR. STREAM, it shows Skilled Worker Overseas. So does this mean I have to put Skilled Worker?
Hi,
is this the link that you used?
Application for Permanent Residence – Provincial Nominee Class (IMM P7000)

thanks in advance.

Great news on your nomination ianoid! ;D Have yet to go through the forms/next steps though..

Hi Sir,
Economic is the answer on that section,, refer to steps http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/guides/EP7TOC.asp#ep74
Question Number 2 yan..
hope this clarifies.
Goodluck.

Hi jaypee,

Thanks for the quick response, it is indeed in question number 2 but the answer you provided (Economic) was for question number 1. Already know the answer and should pick Provincial Nominee for my case in question number 2. Thanks!

Hello Kababayan,

I 'm a bit confused on the Risk Factor. I have a relatives (Aunt and Cousin) which is residing in the Province of Ontario, I would like to know if this will affect on my application and get a minus 100pts. Every single points is important. And should I declare all of them so that I can't have a problem in the future if they will do a background check?

Your response is highly appreciated.

Thanks You so much,

Jojen

do have close relatives in manitoba? if you do, don't worry about your relatives in ontario, you wont get -100 and stijll get 200 points for close relatives in manitoba. but if you dont have close relatives in manitoba, then yes, you'll get -100 for having connections in other provinces
