thanks znarfier..
correct me if im wrong your education is Two post-secondary programs of at least two years each which corresponds to 115 points right?
but where can I classify my education? I graduated as BSBA Major In Economics. its a 4 year course..?

your adaptation is 250 points because your destination is outside winnipeg and have a close relative?

thanks! :)

You're correct! :D

And your's will be: One post-secondary program of three years or more = 110 pts

Good luck!

Thanks for your replies, Batchiko and Znarfier! Your answers really help me understand this whole thing.

Follow up question about adaptability - I have a sister in Winnipeg, which will give me 200 points. I was wondering kung pwede ko din ba i-indicate na willing din ako sa ibang areas like Brandon? Iniisip ko lang if pwede ko ilagay yun pampataas ng points, pero baka tanunging ako ng "proof" or any documentation tying me to Brandon or another area in Manitoba.

In your case Znarfier, hiningan ka ba ng anything (I understand you have a close relative and you said yes to regional immig)?

Thanks a lot again sa mga anticipated replies!!

Hi Pinoyhopeful!

Some of our friends had emailed the MPNP regarding this... and they got this reply... see below:

"Thank you for your e-mail. I order to be eligible for the Regional Development points, your MB Supporter must live in a rural area outside of Winnipeg."
Sincerely,
MPNP

As for me, I'll be uploading our supporters' health cards and PR Cards. Their address is mentioned in both cards.

Good luck!

I assume you also finished your 2nd course right? If yes, justpat07, you can claim 115 points for that! Two post-secondary programs of at least 2 years each = 115

Great input, Znarfier! Thanks! Yes, it makes sense na wag mag claim ng points as per their advice. I will just try my luck with the current points I have (recalculated and now at 500+).

Goodluck to all of us! Hopefully all of us gets an LAA!!

My pleasure Pinoyhopeful! If you have 500+ you might be getting the LAA in the next 2-3 draws... in 2-3 weeks interval! be ready!

Keeping my fingers crossed, Znarfier! Thank you!! I really do hope it comes, and soon! I am thinking about July siguro (just a prediction).
Btw, when you received your LAA, hiningan ka na din ba ng settlement plan? :)

Its been a while guys. My account here is acting up, for some reason I can't log in using my mobile phone.
Any of you experiencing the same problem?

Anyway, congrats to those who got their LAA, and for us who still didn't receive LAA, let's keep on praying, it will come in the right time.

God bless and good luck everyone!!! :D
