ng-inquire nko by quoting "technical difficulty" wala pang respose, give them at least 10 days daw

Hi! Kelan nyo po exactly nareceive ang AOR nyo? Im a bit worried kasi wala pa ako narereceive. April 18 din nreceive sa Nova Scotia ang docs ko. Sino po may alam kung pano magiinquire sa cic if bumalik ang docs or incomplete without AOR?
