Hi znarfier and Chicco,
Thank you so much for the encouraging words. I hope before they deny it they will ask us to replenish the amount first. My dad is already in Canada and he's our sponsor, we were already approved before along with my brother but something happened so we were left here. So I'm really worried about reapplying. How will I inform them about the additional amount though? Will I just upload a new bank statement then? Anyways, Thanks again guys! God bless us all! :)

no need to inform them if they don't ask for it. if they don't ask for it, it means they are satisfied with your funds. if you don't mind me asking, what happened with your 1st application? if you were already approved and just didn't go...did your visa expire?

oh and always think positive, never ever think that they will deny your application already. keep your head up! :D

Hi Chicco,
I wouldn't mind answering that. :) Well, we were sponsored by my Uncle who was already in Canada. The principal applicant was my Dad and my brother and I were his dependents. We received the LOA on July of 2010, however, I got pregnant and my brother also had his gf pregnant so we stopped school. We declared it to the embassy and they told us that since we'll be having dependents of our own and we stopped schooling, we wouldn't be dependents of my Dad anymore. I really can't remember if our application, (my brother and I), was denied or whatever. I lost the emails that they sent us. So we decided to reapply since my Dad is already settled there.
Well, that's it. What do u think of our chance? :)

Hi all,

My status is assessment pending since W1 November. That was after 9 months of application received status. Until now my sponsor have not yet been interviewed. She strongly suggests that I contact MPNP to follow up on my application. Have anyone tried to do this before and yielded desirable result? If so how do I do this properly and effectively? I mean, will I email them (do I use their email contact from their website?), or is there a number I can call?

... I was content on waiting for the progress of my application, until I saw my timeline lagging behind most of the usual timelines of our fellow forumers. Plus, there is this buzz about express entry also being considered by provincial governments to be implanted next year.

hello everyone im new here.i just want to ask if you are under MPNP by family stream and you are a dentist are you required to take general ielts exam?

Hello seanmiggs!

A Sponsor can Sponsor 2 applications of Close relatives or 1 if otherwise.

I hope and pray that your application will not be affected with the other case sponsored by your Sponsor.

Pray and pray!

Good luck!

Hi nikkirhouze!

Thanks for sharing some details of your previous application. Family really matters!

You and your own family now have a much greater chance to get approved since your sponsor now is your own father.

Good luck!

Hi joi022580!

Based on the link below:

To demonstrate their level of English proficiency, all MPNP applicants (except those currently working in Manitoba in NOC 0, A or B) must submit official results of an MPNP-approved language test taken no more than two years prior to the date you submit your MPNP Online application.

Good luck and GOD bless!

Hi, I'm just new here :) .. we have submitted our application last July 29, 2014 until now our sponsor who's my brother in-law has not interviewed yet up to date.

May I ask anyone here if is it normal to wait til 5 to 6 months before our sponsor will be interviewed?

Hi, have you checked what your online status if anything changed? Is it still received or assessment pending already? Under what stream did you apply?
