MPNP Application 2014 for FILIPINOS

Good day,
last oct. 31 my mpnp status changed in information requested so nagcheck po ako sa email ko may nakita ako sa spam folder ko na galing sa manitoba they requesting for legible copy of my sponsor's pr car,drivers licensed,manitoba health to be submitted before nov. 7.. so nag email ako sa kanila at nag send kami kahapon pero till now wala paring acknowledgement receipt akong natataganggap sa knila???tanung ko lang mag rereply po ba sila incase na natanggap na nila ung docs.?? kasi worried ako baka after nov. 7 wala parin lampas na sa dedline which is sabi dun mag bibigay sila ng decision after nun...

You just wait it will take time. usually they reply 2-3 weeks. sa akin nga nag 1 month pay ang reply. Basta nakalagay sa subject mo ang application number mo. ok na yun. Nanyari kasi sa akin natagallan ako kaya nag email ulit ako. kaya dalawang beses nila rin akong reply. Yung pangalawa sabi nila na naipadala na nila ang acknowledge at upload na nila then sabi please refrain sending multiple email. kaya yun heheh.. darating din yan. dont worry

hello po, anyone know how to apply an extension to your approval letter? na expired na po kc yung akin, late ko na po nakuha ang reply ng cic, di ko po alam kung bakit mabagal ang phil post n10, hope sna po may makasagot, thanks

I have read similar cases before, 8 months ago I think. They called and emailed mpnp ASAP and told what happened. They were given a 3 month extension. I forgot to forum topic. Good Luck.

Still waiting for the letter...hopefully I will receive the letter this month.

Finding 'a match'

Under Canada's new immigration system, which would come into effect on Jan. 1, 2015, prospective immigrants would apply to express their interest in coming to Canada. In doing so, they would answer a series of questions about their professional skills, their education, languages spoken, etc.

Those applicants would then see their skills matched with labour needs identified by the provinces and territories, as well as employers.

While the subject of skills shortages has been hotly debated, Alexander maintained, "there are many parts of the country that have acute skills shortages, there are many sectors that have acute skills shortages."

In those instances where "a match" has been identified, Express Entry could be offered to anyone who has put in an application through one of the following four programs:

Federal skilled workers.
Federal skilled trades.
Canadian experience class.
Business class.

Alexander said prospective immigrants who apply through the Provincial Nominee Program could also benefit from the system but only if the province and territory in question has brought their program under the federal one.

"Provinces and territories will take their own decisions. We're in close touch with them. We have their support for the Express Entry system, they're very excited about it. And those that choose to come in early will benefit greatly," Alexander said.

Having a valid job offer, or a provincial or territorial nomination would guarantee that Express Entry candidates receive an invitation to apply for permanent residence.
