anu b yung AOR??? email receipt/acknowledgement lng b yan after masubmit ni sponsor yung SP2????

Korek! Confirmation yun through email kung isinubmit ang SPP2 via email. However, kung by-hand ipinasa sa MPNP, based on other forumers' exp, walang ibinibigay na acknowledgement.

Btw, may I suggest friends na kung BY-HAND (personal submission) ninyo ipinasa ang SPP2 sa MPNP office, the best is i-photocopy ang first page ng SPP2 at sulatan sa ibaba ng "Acknowledged by: " followed by date at ipa-sign sa magrereceive ng documents sa MPNP.

Sa tingin ko ito ang pinakamagandang proof na naipasa timely at inaccept ang SPP2.

My application was submitted January 2014...status as of now is Assessment Pending. What is the "usual waiting time" for the interview of my supporter? After 2-3 months ba ito?

I would just like to ask opinions/personal know-how regarding our case:

My boyfriend and I, are planning to apply for an immigrant status at Minatoba, Canada.
May Tita sya dun na nakatira for the longest time, and she was the one na balak
mag-sponsor. Is it possible that we can be sponsored both, as individual?
Wala kasi ako kamag-anak sa Canada, sya lang.

Or do we need to get married before we can be sponsored both? Is this possible?

Maganda po ay magpakasal na muna po kayo para isang application lang. Siya po ang main applicant. Hindi po kayo pwede sabay kc siya lang po ang close relative niya. Pwede po kayo sa susunod after niya maapprove at makasettle atleast one year doon. Mas maganda po na pakasal na po muna kayo. God Bless you.

yup i agree with sir shoot... it will be much easier if you get married before applying.

that way, either one of you can be the principal applicant and the other one will be the dependent... considered family/close relative pa din po kasi yung sister-in-law.

Saago, bakit hindi naka-indicate sa mpnp website ang "in-laws" as familial relationship?

- sister or brother
- niece or nephew (ie. child of your sister or brother)
- aunt or uncle (ie. brother or sister of your mother or father)
- first cousin (ie. child of your aunt or uncle)
- mother or father
- grandmother or grandfather

Anyway, in my opinion, kung hindi pa kayo ready magpakasal, pwede pa rin naman kayo magproceed mag-apply (just regularly check for updates about MPNP changes for 2015). Mamimili ka lang: (1) si bf ang principal applicant via family stream (faster processing) or, (2) ikaw ang PA at ang tita ni bf ang supporter as a friend (general stream). Sa ngayon, yung mga requirements na lang muna ang pagtuunan nyo ng pansin, lalo na yung IELTS.
