In my opinion magbabase sila kung sino ang mas malapit sa sponsor since distant relative ka eh mas pipiliin ng Manitoba na maaprove ang close relative kahit pa nauna kang magpasa. Dapat ang ginawa ng sponsor mo ay hinintay muna maaprove ka bago pinaapply yung sa brother in law. Maliban na lang kung magiging ineligible yung sa brother in law. I believe may nabasa na ako dito na ganun ang sitwasyon na mas pinaboran yung close relative than distant relative.

Nevertheless, everything has a proper time. Pagna-assess Yong application nyo ahead don sa isa, pasok agad kayo. Pero pagnagkata-ong nasabay sa assessment Yong application nyo po and Yong sa isa, baka nga papaboran Yong isa cozof their relationship.

I am the officer to assess your application, assuming that you have submitted a strong case with complete supporing documents, i'll prioritize your application over the other because at the time of your application the other was not existing yet.

Just a Piece of advise, like what Shoot said, just continue praying for as Long as you have already done your best in filing your application, GOD will surely do the rest for you!

Always remember, if its your time, its your time. And if its isnt yet, dont lose hope, continue fighting and praying coz if you are qualified and as Long as the program is open, you will be in it!

Hi, May I know how long will the LOA arrive? And where will it be send, to the sponsor or to the applicant? What's the next step?
Is there any case that the status is Assessment Complete but is rejected or disapprove? Many Thanks!

iba-iba ang timeframe bago mareceive ang LOA... may mabilis (less than 1 year) at may matagal - pero normally 1-2 years ang processing time depende sa bulk ng application. Kung recent ka lang nag-apply, medyo mabagal ang usad ng papel lately. Pero who knows baka you belong to the lucky few na mabilis ang results.

They usually send the LOA to your mailing address - if that's what you wrote in your application. However, sa case ko I receive a call from MPNP asking me if I want to change my address to my supporter's address because they are sending me a letter and that they are worried that it might not reach me on time. Meaning to say, pwede mo ring baguhin ang address mo or iauthorise ang MPNP supporter mo to receive the letter on your behalf. Once you receive your LOA, you will have to prepare your PR application and submit it to CIO before the date stated in your LOA.

Regarding sa Assessment complete status - I'm not sure kung this is always positive... maybe our forum mates can answer this question.

hello po ask ko lang kung gano katagal ung assesment kasi po ung apply almost one year na submit na lahat ng requirement at na iterview na sponsor pero still in proccess pa rin ano po kaya un approve o deny kasi tagal na thanks

Walang definite time frame... may mabilis na less than 1 month at may matagal din na 2 years or more.
Keep praying...parating na yan.

Maganda sana if mabilis lang malaman di ba para we can go on to our next move. Unfortunately, depende pa rin, may mabilis at merong iba, they waitied for a Little longer bago madesisyonan o mapadalhan ng letter na ganon.

Guys pahelp naman!

Nagpasa kasi ako ng application namin july 27,2014. Tapos nung dumating file number namin ng july 31, 2014 pinasa na agad ng sponsor ko ang SPP2 namin. Nandito sya noon sa Pilipinas. Naisend naman kasi nandon sa sent items nya. Then nag email ako sa office ng MPNP kung nareceive nila ang spp2 namin kasi walang nareceive na AOR ang sponsor ko. Then nag reply sila, wala daw sila na receive na SPP2 namin!!! Hayyyyy... Pahelp naman kuna ano gagawin namin??

Sana po ay makatulong, pakisabi po sa supporter niyo na pakiforward niya po yung dati niyang naemail na SP2. Katibayan po ito na naipasa naman po sa tamang panahon ng supporter ang SP2, makikita po ng MPNP ang petsa kung kelan pinadala. Kung magpapanibagong email po kc na magpapadala si supporter ay consider na bago po ito at 30 days lang po ang taning dapat mapadala ang SP2 after niyo po matanggap ang MPNP file#. Huwag po kayong mangamba at prayer lang po tayo at God will make a way. God Bless you more.

Gaya mo, nakapagpasa naman sila within that 30 days period at wala rin silang nareceive na confirmation. I guess, due to excitement, they took it na nai-file na yung sinubmit nila since through email ang medium. Nung nalaman ng sponsor na denied, the following day ay pumunta directly sa office ng MPNP to appeal. Ang problem - file closed na raw at wala na pwedeng gawing aksyon.

So, hanggat maaga pa, i-follow up na ninyo agad sa MPNP lahat-lahat dahil tumatakbo ang oras kapatid. Ang lagi ngang sambit ng sponsor ko, "know, involve, and do your part and we will do ours here".

Noon pa kasi ako nag email sa kanila asking if they have already received it. 2 weeks after maipasa ng sponsor ko ang SPP2 namin eh nag email na ako dahil kinakabahan na coz wala pa rin LOA na natatanggap yung sponsor ko. Hindi sila nag reply noon. Last monday (sept. 1, 2014) nag email ulit ako ragarding my concern. Tapos ngayong friday na receive ko reply nila na hindi daw nila na receive. Well, nakontak ko na sponsor ko, sabi nya tatawagan daw nya office nila and ask kung ano gagawin regarding my case.

sa akin dati around 1week after sp2 was submitted online at walang AOR, pumunta supporter ko (together with her documents) sa mpnp office to inquire and clarify whether they have received the email. sabi nila wala daw. buti nlng dala dala ng tita ko sp2 and other pertinent docs.gnawa nila scan nlng and attached to my file.
