Hello everyone!
I just want to ask help about my current situation.

10-28-2016: submitted application to cic
11-02-2016: application received
01-13-2017: AOR
02-03-2017: Medical request received
02-10-2017: cic requested for additional documents via email

My problem is, I cannot upload the requested documents at mycic. I cannot find the "upload" tab. I tried using different browsers but still cannot find where I should upload the documents. In my profile at mycic it says that there is no required documents. I really don't know what to do and I am worried because I was only given 30 days to submit the requested documents. I hope someone can help me.

may confirmation po ba na isesend sila na nareceive ng CIO yung application form?
nag send kasi ako via DHL...then may tracker sila, pero nakita ko completed na pero hindi pa nakaka dating yung document sa Nova Scotia.
Tumawag ako sa DHL ang sabi nila since remote area daw yun, pinasa daw nila sa local postal ung document at di na covered ng tracker nila yun.
ang worry ko lang kasi baka mawala ung document.
pwede po ba tawagan ang CIO to confirm na na receive nila? or may notification silang isesend sakin?

Hi! Just wait for CIC to send your AOR via email. I also sent my documents to CIC via DHL last November 2016 and I received my AOR Last January 2017. Ganun talaga yung process ng DHL. I think their partner local postal/courier have their own tracking number. kasi ako, they gave me a new tracking number which was used by their partner courier in delivering my docs.

Sinama nyo po ba ung certificate of employment sa application kahit hindi naman required as per guide?

Hi! No additional docs na hiningi sakin. I only submitted kung ano yung nasa checklist. No COE.

Pareho tayo ng courier. Nag-email ako sa DHL after a week na ipinadala ko. I gave also the tracking number. Ang sabi nila... ipinasa nila sa Loomis ang documents ko dahil iyon ang kanilang affiliated courier doon. Pero they confirmed na nareceived ng staff ng CIC ang documents ko at yung date na nareceive. I waited.... then after 2 mos nakareceive ako ng AOR from CIC/IRCC. Try mo namang email. Ang bilis namang sumagot ng DHL. (based on my experience)

I hope AOR naman ang susunod sa yo.

I contacted DHL and for some reason they claimed na nagkamali daw sila ng input sa address. They gave me another waybill # to track and assured me that CIO will receive it by tomorrow and they will monitor this for me. I was so upset by how they handled my document. I never had an issue with dhl before when i sent documents to other countries with them. . I should have asked for advise to use fedex or UPS instead.
