Helo, if property ang proof of funds mo,you need to engage a valuer to determine the current market price of your property and also attach documents like title (dapat po sa pangalan mo or spouse).

We have the same situation.d rin umabot sa 18k cad ang funds ko kc family of 5 kami.so ginawa ko sinama ko yung valuation ng house namin then pati provident funds which is convertible into cash.
Basta complete yung supporting documents mo tatagapin nila yan.nakalagay naman sa website nila na pede ang property or any stocks or funds.

Down nga ang online application. Is there a way i can submit my purpose/application via the classic/manual process? if yes, how and where?

Here is what i posted in the other forums:

This is under general stream since considered as distant relative na yung uncle and aunt ko. My question is, complete list na ba tong requirements ko if ever manual application ang process ko? Do i indeed need my PRC ID renewed? paso na kasi since 2005 dahil nde naman nagagamit sa work yung ID ;D

PRC licensed ID (back to back) - Expired! kailangan po ba ito sa application ko?
PRC Board Rating - check
NBI Clearance - check
high school transcript of records form 137 - check
High School Diploma - check
College Diploma - check
transcript of records college - check
IELTS results - check
COE - from previous to current - check
Bank Statements – check
bank certificates – check
passbook – check
Birth certificate – NSO - check
Passport - check
Picture passport size - check
SP2 - check (sponsor will be the one to send sa manitoba govn office sa winnipeg)

You will also need to submit your elementary diploma. As far as I can remember, i didn't submit any board certificate rating. Hindi pa din kelangan NBI sa mpnp. Hinihingi yung nbi clearance kapag okay na nomination mo and mag aapply ka na sa cic. Hope this helps.
