Hi Guys,
Need urgent help.
I received an email that my application for PR is being processed at Hong Kong Visa Office.
Hi po Ms. Lyoxine,
As far as I understand po yung Document Request po na hinihingi sa inyo is yung mga documents na not yet submitted during MPNP Process/Application. If yung stated po sa e-mail nila ay tingin nyo po hindi nyo naisubmit sa MPNP or if may additional info. Pwede naman po kayo mag-attached ng notes or cover letter at pwede nyo po iexplain don. Then about naman po sa Upfront Medical yes po allowed din xa even for paper-based.
This is my e-mail to IOM last January 11 when I'm thinking to do UpFront or wait for CIC instruction:
Hi IOM,
Good day!
I just received my LOA from MPNP Canada. My next step is to apply for my PR Visa. May I ask if I will apply for PR Visa, is it ok to do my medical 1st so I will include my medical certificate in my application or should I wait for the instruction of Immigration of Canada for my medical schedule?
May I know also your medical schedule. If your center is open in Saturdays.
And how much total of medical fees for Canada?
Thank you & Best Regards!
Eto respond nila:
Dear Ma’am/Sir,
Regarding your first question if you can proceed with the medical even without the letter/notification form the CIC? Yes, we can perform your medical as Upfront Medical, we will provide you the information sheet as proof that you’re done with the medical and you need to submit that to the visa office.
Please find below list of requirements needed for medical processing for Canadian Visa.
• Notification Letter or Request by the Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) that requires the client to undergo medical exam.
• Valid and original passport and 1 photocopy
• Two (2) Government issued Identification e.g. Voter’s ID, PRC, LTO driver’s license, SSS/GSIS.
• NSO Birth certificate and School ID for clients 0-14 years of age/students.
• 1 Photocopy of each requirment
• Five (5) recent photos (taken in the last 6 months), passport-size with white background.
• Pertinent medical report; if applicable.
• Wear eye glasses or contact lens; if applicable.
No fasting is required. No specimen sample to be brought. Wear decent comfortable clothes on the day of medical examination. Kindly bring a pen.
If the applicants are minors and will be accompanied by their guardians, please secure letter of authorisation from the parent sponsoring the visa application and a scanned copy of their passport. The guardian has to bring a government issued ID as well.
The fees are as follows:
Php 7,500 – 15 yrs old and above

Php 2,500 – 0-10 yrs old
The Core services required by the Embassy are:

The medical examination usually takes only one day to complete but the assessment of the result usually takes 5 to 14 working days and this is just for normal cases.
If the attending physicians need further health evaluations, the patient/immigrant needs to comply before it can be submitted to the Canadian Embassy.

God Bless po! Relax lang tayo ganyan din po naramdaman ko nun & until now hanggang wala pang VOH.
Wait ko pa din ang authenticated Fingerprints ko from UAE Embassy kc 7 working days ang process eh to send it in Dubai to get my PCC. Kasi nagwork din aq don as Barista/Waitress for 1 year & 6mos. If tingin ko parang di aabot sa deadline chaka ko pa lang e-mail ang embassy for extension ng limit na 30 days.
Relax po Trust in the Lord! ;-) God Bless!
