Hi ginoongliyans,

Did you keep a copy of your employment contract or letter of appointment that was usually given before hiring or at the start of the job?

If so, I think you may use it... and if it still isn't depictive of your job functions (meaning medyo bitin), then I suggest you come up with a more descriptive JD even if not on official company letterhead. Just write a separate letter of explanation (sign it - better if noted/signed by a representative from the company) why it is such...

I think your previous superior's signature would suffice (just be ready to provide his/her contact details)...

Tama po kayo kanila ko lang po nareceived around 3:28 am,so sa canada po 3/20 pa din non. hehe AOR po dated march 20, 2016 po. Letter C, kayo po ba?

hello pips.... Letter "O" start ng last name ko...and my AOR is dated march 21, 2016 (nova scotia time)....mar. 22...mANILA TIME AT 10.01AM....
......I WONDER KUNG MAY alphabetically order factor nga.... ;D peace.

At sa iba pa so happy to all of you!

Ipapasa ko na dapat application ko kahapon pero di pala na-iissue ng bank cheques/drafts converted in canadian dollars ang bank. Yung credit card naman ng lola ko expired na pala ng 11/15. So ang last option is yung tita ko na nasa Winnipeg na ipagamit niya yung credit card niya to pay for processing fees worth $550.

And question po sa DHL lang po ba pwede ipadala ang application to CIC? Ang mahal kc P1,393.00 ang padala. ganun po ba tlga? Diba dati Air 21 ang partner ng Canadian Embassy & Immigration?

sa main office ng Bank kase nag iisue ng check converted to Canadian $.(in case of metrobank you can request sa branch and the branch will request sa main office in Makati and it will take time daw) .... SO from Laguna , I went to PNB main office in pasay city to request for a check in Canadian $.....they charge me pa for US$7.00 + Php 200.00 to get a check in Canadian amount.........sana pala nag credit card na lang me :-X Ha Ha.......baka mas maaga pa ako nabigyan ng CIC ng UCI. no....
Got my UCI dated 3/21/16...then naka state dun THIS CORRESPONDENCE ALSO ACKNOWLWDGES THE RECEIPT OF YOUR PAYMENT DATED MAR. 09, 2016 ;D (cic received my application w/ check dated 01/14/16) . Good Luck to Us!!!

Talagang pareho pa tayong heart ah hehe ^_^
Credit card ng tita ko sa Winnipeg, Manitoba ang ginamit xa ang nagbayad for me under my e-mail or account in CIC.
Kaya ayun mas napadali at tipid na rin. CIC received my application dated March 29, 2016. So expecting I will received my AOR & UCI on 1st week of June.

Kapag po ba pinasa na ng IOM ung medical, meaning ok naman ung result? Sa pagkakaalam ko po kasi hindi nila pinapasa kapag hindi ok ung result. Sensya na po kinakabahan lang hehe

It's been 4 months now since CIC received my docs dated Nov 25, 2015 but I haven't receive my AOR/ UCI. Anyone here with the same situation? Thanks

Hi wildcathz16,

Ang alam ko is tinatapos na din ang mga 2014 applicants. Dont' you worry. Dadating din yung time mo. Mejo mahigpit lang din kasi sila sa occupation na nurse, teacher/prof. Pero as I can see na may mga nabago ng mga ganyang occupation kaya dadating din yung time mo. Konting tiis pa sis. Godbless.

Feb 18, 2016 - sent application thru dhl.

Medical na next. San po maganda magpamedical? Wala po kasi ako idea pa. Manggagaling pa kasi ako ng palawan kung sakali.

I didn't have any problem with the "processing" of my medicals at St. Luke's Extension Clinic at Bocobo, Ermita, Manila.
... Just saying ...

Medical results transmittal took about 3 to 5 days (March 18 Test date while transmittal dates were March 21 & 22 for my spouse and 2 dependents while March 23 for mine)... This was the info I got when I inquired from St. Luke's..... Though, I failed to monitor the online submission status right away and noticed only the updates in my ECAS by March 28, 2016.

Hi! ECAS yun ata ung E-Client Application Status. Dun mo machecheck ung history ng application mo. Punta ka ng CIC website tapos my application. Pero dahil kakareceived mo lang ng AOR/UCI wait mo mag Tuesday kasi every Tuesday update nila. Ako nareceived ko AOR ko nung March 18,2016 na access ko ung ECAS ko March 23,2016.
