Applied July 2014. Assessment pending July 2015.. Sponsor not yet interviewed. Getting worried a lil bit. Let's all pray for each and everyone.

Hi no worries po kung na send naman yung sp2 ng sponsor at meron siyang copy sa sent items nya then dont think to much maging ok din yan just email immigratemanitoba at gov.mb.ca yan kasi yung nag reply sa askin ng

tapos cc mo itong mga ito mpnpsupporter at gov.mb.ca mpnpapplicationhelp at gov.mb.ca, mpnpapplicationhelp at gov.mb.ca. Forward mo yung email ng sponsor tapos isama mo yung copy ng SP2 mo.

My supporter sent my SP2 last August 23, 2014 and still up to this moment we did not received Acknowledgement. I have sent email last September 08, 2014 regarding this matter and I did not received any response. Please see forwarded messages below. I am just concerned maybe my SP2 is missed and this can cause ineligibility in our MPNP application.
In case the email was missed . Here are the copies of the requirements for SP2.

1. MB(your number) Settlement plan 2 ( Pages 1- 3 of SP2)
2. B. Declaration of Manitoba Support (page 4 of SP2)
3. Birth Certificates ( “if needed for close relative” as proof of relationship)
4. marriage certificate if needed
I would highly appreciate if you can send me acknowledgment with this matter . Thank you very much.

No worries Mishy000 your application already moved and that is the good thing. Iam July 24 applicant and status is still received...

as long as you have all the details/docs provided in your application way back last year and as long as SP2 was submitted by your sponsor you have nothing to worry.

FYI - if your sponsor dropped the SP2 to MPNP office, then you will probably will not received an AOR. Ganun ginawa ng Sponsor ko ni dropped lang sa office nila but what i did was i followed up an email after 30days with MPNP support and yun nga ang feedback sakin hindi daw sila nag bibigay ng AOR kapag ni dropped off but the SP2 was uploaded in my docs after receiving the feedback/reply from MPNP support/agent.

patience men.. pray and hold on! go on with your normal life. your application should not hold you down in your progress here in PH. its just an opportunity for us.

Yes..Thanks...Medyo na alarm kasi talaga ako..Napakahirap kasi..Para kaming nangangapa sa dilim lalo na nung nag apply kami.as in wala akong kahit na sinong mapagtanungan..Isa pa medyo may edad na kasi yung sponsor namin kaya wala din akong makuhang idea sa kanya. I gave up something kasi para lang dito kaya medyo nararattle kami na ewan..Na parang sinayang ko yung isang opportunity para lang dito..
Well,wish me luck..nag email na ako sa mpnp.and my sponsor doing everything they can to fix this problem..

talagang nakakakaba tong stage na to....hehehe.

Almost same po yung way ng pag email ko sa mpnp..thanks talaga..nag email na ako at yun nga sabay forward din nung sp2 ko sent by my sponsor buti nalang naka cc din sakin nung time na yun kaya meron talaga akong copy at makikita talaga nila doon.
Hintay hintay nalang sa kung anong reply ng mpnp.. pati sponsor ko inaayus na yun..by monday daw lalakarin nila yung sp2 ko para lang malaman if natanggap ba ng mpnp...

Ganyan din ang concern ko noon. No confirmation coz my sponsor personally submitted the SP2 sa MPNP office. When I wrote a letter sa MPNP, may confirmation lang kapag sa online ang submission ng SP2.

I have read on IMM5690E (Check List for PNP Applicants) that it is advisable to submit the PC with the application but that it is also possible to do it at a later stage. This what I will do. All of the other applicants on the South African Forums do it like this as it might take more than 4 weeks to get the South African Police Clearance.

Another question and form I am not certain about is the form "Additional Dependants/Declaration [IMM 0008DEP] (PDF, 424.19 KB) August 2014" at the following link http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/prov-apply-application.asp

Myself and my wifr will be accompanied by our daughter, she is 7 years of age and is not adopted or anything like that. I am not sure if I need to fill this form, can anyone shed some light on this?

Hello Druce:

It is advisable to submit the police clearance together with your CIC PR application as it will cause additional delay in processing your application if you will wait for CIC to ask you for it. I'm telling you this based on my own experience. I did not include the PCC from my home country since I have been residing in Qatar for more than 12 years, so I thought the PCC from Qatar will suffice. Unfortunately not. CIC has requested for the PCC from my home country and it caused a few months delay in processing my application. Have you tried applying for police clearance? It might not be that long to wait for a police clearance from South Africa.

The "Additional Dependents/Declaration [IMM 0008DEP]" is an optional form only if you have more dependents than what the general application form (IMM 0008) can accommodate.

It is advisable to submit the police clearance together with your CIC PR application as it will cause additional delay in processing your application if you will wait for CIC to ask you for it. Thanks for replying my friend. We have already requested the PC's, it will take 3-4 weeks for them to issue.

Most people say you must send it without the PC but must include your receipts that you have received when you did the PC application and then just submit the PC once they request it. To courier PC tio VO takes a two or three days VS 3-4 weeks wait for PC.

Thanks for answering the question on the IMM009DEP, I also understand it like this.
