Yes i agree. the job should be also connected on his NOC. Basta maging handa rin siya kasi medyo mahirap mag request pag bago plang at maging hadlang din ito kung may promotion kasi sasabihin na hindi naman magtatagal.

Tama po kayo diyan, kaya kung makakapaghintay naman po siya para po wala na rin siyang masyadong worries. Pero tulad nga po ng sinabi ko ang sa atin lang po ay mga suhesyon at ang desisyon po ay nasa kanya parin po. God bless to us.

Sa tingin ko hindi naman magiging probema ang paglipat niya. At sa bagong job niya ipakita nalang niya yung contract or job offer sa kanya. Anyways di naman nila i-consider yung bagong trabaho niya not unless maka 6 months na siya doon

May tanong po ako para sa lahat. Paano po ba isa-submit ang mga settlemnt plans? Ang SP1 ay isa-submit ko po ba online included with the documents? And yung SP2 paano po din yon? Di ko kasi alam ang process eh. Am planning to apply po once it will open this april po. Salamat sa lahat ng sasagot.

Ang settlement plan part 1 po ay part ng online application. Ang settlement plan part 2 naman po ay gagawin ng supporter niyo, ito po yung form http://immigratemanitoba.com/asset_library/2013/10/manitoba-immigration-mpnp-settlement-plan-2.pdf. Maganda po na ipadala niyo napo yan sa kanila para mareview at ma fillupon. Once po nagsubmit kayo ng complete application online ay makakatanggap naman po ng email ang supporter niyo ng link ng settlement plan part2 at kung saan niya iee-mail. Kaya need po na may e-mail address ang supporter niyo. Sa mga kasama natin any advice din po.

Magkasunod lang po pala tayo isang araw lang ang pagitan. Sa tingin ko po kumukuha sila ng mga applicant part of month yung magkakasunod, dati po kc yung batch ng July magkakasunod yung apat na nacomplete agad July 13, 14, 17 at 22. Yung sa inyo malapit na po yan. Hindi rin po natin malaman kung papaano sila pumipili. Unpredictable po sila. Basta po prayer lang po lagi tayo. May God Bless us all.

Last night i have a missed call from my mobile and received an email about it was from MPNP ( pls see email below)

Dear ********,

I am writing with reference to an application for immigration under the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program on which you were named as the applicant. A thorough assessment of the application is being conducted. However, further information is required before a final decision can be made. I have tried to contact you by phone but have been unable to reach you at the number listed on file (9-011-***-***-***).

Please contact me directly by phone at 204 9**-*** between 8:30 am and 4:30pm Monday through Friday. If I don't hear from you on or before March 27, 2015, a final assessment of the application will be made after this date with the information available on file.

When you call, ask for the first officer of file number 1***, and leave a message if I am unavailable to take your call.

I quicky called the number and able to talk to the immigration officer and then she started to interview me. The interview lasted for 20 mins. It is like a usual coversation , like talking to a friend. The intent of the interview is mainly to verify what is written on our application.


here are the questions she asked me:

1. Currently am i still based in Singapore?
2. I would like to know more details on your application, do you have any other applications in canada?
3. When did you submit your application
4. Based on your application, you have friends and references here.
she asked one by one the person i listed out and to describe our relationiship with them, how did i met them , am i in-touch with them ,. What are their jobs in Canada.
4. For main sponsor she also asked the same thing but more detailed, how i met my friend, describe my relatioship with the sponsor, when did they arrive in manitoba, what is his work, do i know his wife, how do i keep in touch with them
5. ASked me if i have relatives there, i said i don't have but my husband has a distant relative in Alberta, then was asked of each name
and what are their jobs there and my relationship , i honestly inform the officer i am not close with them and have not met them personally but only know them and talk to them in facebook.
6. What kind of job i would like to do in Manitoba ( as what i have written in the application form) how can i practice my profession there ? if i need to study how long will it take?
7. why did i chose Manitoba?
8. Will i transfer to Alberta since my husband has distant relative there?


The officer informed me to speak slowly as she is writting notes during our conversation. after the interview she told me that the application is thoroughly reviewed and it has gone 1st review, 2nd review and this is the last review all info i gave will be given to the 3rd officer who will review it and they will notify me via mail or email of the resullt. The interview went well, i hope.Now i just have to pray and patiently wait fot the result.


Btw here's tmy timeline:
31 aug 2013 - sumission of application
31 aug 2013 - AOR received
02 sept 2013 - Settlement 2 of sponsor submitted
dec 2013 - assessment pending until 19 decmber 2014
20 dec 2015 - Sponsor's interview and the 1 person we put as reference (hubby's distsnt realtive) was interviewed too
23 dec 2014 - assesstment in process until today 23 March 2015
20 March 2015 - Applicant's interview

We'll patiently wait and pray for good results. God's time , is always the perfect timing! kaya tyaga long po tho sa paghihintay.

Actually, I first applied July 2013 but I received an ineligible letter last March 2014 because my sponsor failed to submit SP2 ( thats accdg to MPNP). Then, my sponsor encouraged me to reapply. I submitted my second application last June18, 2014 and Im glad that there's a movement in my application this time. Although I saw some of my 2013 batchmates who are still waiting.

I am also happy that I have my 2014 batchmates who are now changing their status like mine--- status pending. By the way, GS po ako.

OO nga Shoot sobrang lapit lang ng time line naten. Malapit narin sana mag change ang sa aken, basta keep on praying lang. and Siguro depende rin sa officer na mag aassess ng application. Hoping for the Best sa lahat ng applications.

Gandang araw po sa lahat.. May gusto lang ako iclarify- If may other application from another province pero walang AOR at totally wala nangyayari puede ba mag apply for Manitoba- MPNP? and is there any way na malalaman nila na may application from another province if in case we'll push through applying?

Meron na ko Express Entry profile and just wanted to add the PNP points on my application to somehow improve the CRS scores. Meron kase nakalagay sa website ng MPNP as below:

•Refugee claimants, or individuals involved in a federal appeal or removal process
•Live-in Caregivers currently living in Canada
•Temporary Foreign Workers currently working and residing in a province other than Manitoba
•Spouses of Canadian Citizens or permanent residents
•Individuals who have been refused by the MPNP within the last 6 months and who are not able to address the reason(s) for refusal
•Individuals who have an active immigration application with any other provincial immigration program in Canada

If you have applied pnp on other provinces you need to cancel the first one and apply for mpnp. I also believed you need to apply mpnp first then they will choose you for express entry. here is what it says on there website

"Under the first ‘pilot’ phase of this initiative, only applicants who meet ALL the criteria below and are directly contacted by the MPNP will be considered for nomination under the new MPNP Express Entry “sub-stream”. The MPNP will directly contact a limited number of applicants who:

have an existing open application with a MPNP file number in the Skilled Worker Overseas stream within our inventory
have the potential to meet the eligibility criteria of at least one of the three federal economic immigration programs included in Express Entry according to the assessment of a MPNP Immigration Officer based on the documents included with your current application"
