Going back to our intention and application here. Here's the thing, while waiting sa Status ng application and LOA. What is the best thing to do in regards to preparation of documents and stuff needed for CIC. Anyone can give the list?

Check the CIC forms from time to time because there might be changes, like the IMM008 and the checklist. Prepare birth certificates, marriage certs, travel documents , etc and file it for easy retrieval when needed. Accumulate the 550CAD (for applicant), 550CAD (for spouse if applicable) and 150CAD (minor dependent, if applicable) so that you will not get it from your SF.

And read updates to keep yourself updated.

Hi there Fil-Canadian!

Where is the employer located in Canada, which province?

Anyway, FYI:

Manitoba Support is one way for skilled workers who are not employed in Manitoba to demonstrate they have the connection to Manitoba that is required of all applicants to the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP).

Have you checked on this already?

If i'm not mistaken the employer is located in a different province, not in Manitoba because I havent read an info about a program for Live In Caregivers in the province of Manitoba yet.

Good luck!

Hello LemonLuv!

Is the 550CAD the Processing Fee?

So If married it'll be 550CAD x2 plus 150CAD x(no. of children/minor dependent), correct?

yes Znarfier. Example, a family of 5, (all children are minors) would pay the ff processing fee:

CAD 550 - principal applicant
550 - spouse
450 - (CAD 150 * 3 children)
Total 1,550 CAD

for more info, please refer to this form:

Thanks LemonLuv for your Feedback. I appreciate it!

Good Thing that with the RPRF the children (minors) are exempted. Right?

LemonLuv, I have listed the applicable fees which all applicants have to prepare:

1. Police Clearance
2. Medicals
3. CIC Processing Fee
4. RPRF
5 and finally, the airfares

Did I miss on something?

So at the MPNP stage of the application, there is no fee required, right?

thats right znarfier. but cic processing comes before the medicals. and yes, i think its only the main applicant and the spouse who needs to pay the rprf.

God bless us all
