They said

I am confuse
What's happen

Your near how many times after they start processing July 2013 application

It is really difficult to know the criterion MPNP uses in nominating applicants, all i know is that they prioritize some NOCs base on the demand of the local labour market. Having Said that, since your application has been under process for more than a year, i will suggest you send a polite message to MPNP, let them know how long you have submitted and politely ask for your application status. I think this may help.

here's my complete profile:

submission of application: 10th July 2012 (manual under general stream to MPNP)
got file number: 21st Jan, 2013
refusal: 4th June, 2014

The Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP) assesses an applicant's employment potential in their occupation by comparing their documented education, training, work experience and language skills with the published employment requirements for the occupation in Manitoba.
Your occupation was determined to be Teacher, which is a regulated occupation in Manitoba. To practise in this profession, you must demonstrate that you have at least completed the equivalent of a Bachelor of Education degree. You provided education documents demonstrating you did not complete a Bachelor of Education degree, therefore your education was deemed insufficient to be employable as a Teacher in Manitoba. Hello Mandyrai !

Sure you can re-apply in the next intake, provided that you choose a different intended occupation in your next try. So if you declared that you will be immigrating as a teacher in Canada, why not Change it to ---- Assistant Teacher or other Jobs that is not regulated in Canada.

Just a question, from the info you provided, which course ro courses did you get a diploma?

I sent mail inquiry to Manitoba today

Somebody help me out .. timeline :: 25 sep 2012 file sent to mpno office by mail.. 28 sep 2012 file delivered. No reply by them till 1 year. Then after I sent mail to mpnpsupporter .. something like that. . And on 07 oct 2013 they send some number like MB XXXX..XXXXX. then again I sent mail on 23 March 2014 they say application is under process. No reply till now. Sponsor's interview was held on 07 July 2014 . Till now no reply. By the way I hardly trust my sponsor. Anyways.. is anybody having similar issue ? Kindly pm me or reply here.
