I think CIO will be reasonable enough and would not invalidate your application just because you attached bank certificate. Cheer up! As to the Nomination letter, I also placed the original copy on top of our application and then attached a copy of it following the checklist. Better safe than sorry. That was way back February 2013 and now I am waiting for our passports to be returned with our PRVs.

Oh, I did not attached or provide a photocopy of my LOA. I just placed the original one on top of everything.

Also, very confusing in the form, they did asked for the MIDDLE NAME. I did not write too though it is shown my Passport.

In the Generic form, Fullname (as shown in the passport), First name (as shown in the passport).....then nothing else. I think
they don't need the middle name......

Please help me how I address to that....My application was already forwarded to CIC. In fact, they received it already...

How would you know when ecas updated the status. I just checked it now and it says:

" We received your application for permanent residence on March 21, 2013.

Medical results have been received. "

But now I don't know when they updated this. All I know is that I've done my medicals from June 25 - July 2. And after submitting the last requirement from the doctor in IOM, she said that we'll just wait for the VO's decision.

No PPR yet.

I was then obsessed with my ECAS that I was checking it every now and then, so I was lucky enough to keep track of the update. ;D You can ask IOM when was the exact date they forwarded your medical results to VO and most likely you can calculate the time your ECAS was updated. Our medical results were forwarded to VO on May 22 and I got ECAS update on May 29.

May i know how the ECAS could be acquired with? I also wanted to know should VO asked your passport for PPR, how many days/months will be the allowable period for the stamping of visa? In my case I am currently working abroad and since my VO is in the Philippines I need to maximize and plan my annual leave specially for the PPR. Please share your ideas and experiences if you dont mind.

P5000 for adult, then P2000 for kids below 5, P2500 for kids 5 and up. Additional tests will be charged separately. Bring cash.

We have the same VO by the way. You can check your application in this website: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/index-int.asp. Use the file number given to you in logging in.

As to the allowable period for the submission of passport, it is 30 days from receipt of the request as what is stated from the email I received and it is also stated there that they will endeavor to return the same with the visa within 90 working days.

I am already here in jeddah KSa They said that I need to notify the Visa office.. which in riyadh.. I've searched for their website and sent an email to them. but still I dont have a clear answer. please help me

thanks for the info. well it seems that i will enjoy around P126 benefits, coz' im planning to send my dependents to st. luke's. for my wife P5250, for 2 kids 11 above P5,500 (P2750 each) and for 2 kids 10 below P4,376 (P2188 each).
