Are you an FS or GS applicant? What additional docs were submitted on Feb 25? Jan 28...is it the day SP2 was submitted or was asked to submit???

Yes, you need to include your name and then your preferred mailing address be it in the Middle East or in the Philippines. I guess there will be no problem in handwriting the same as long as it is legible but I encourage you to just print the same on a sticker paper using your computer then cut them out just like the mailing labels on the communications you already received. :)

- Include your name
- You can hand-write but much better printed for clarity
- You can write your Phil. address as mailing address

My sponsor is not yet interviewed. My style of following it up my application is just asking if my docs are complete so that I will wait til application gets approved and last am asking if final results will be sending
Am asking where they send it to my mail or to my residential address.
Therefore the MPNP answer becomes updates for the status.

Family support thru my 1st cousin. Jan 28 submitted sp2. Feb 10,2013 MPNP asking for 1 missing docs to be submitted on or before feb25, 2013. From that I did not hear anything from them. That's why am asking them if my docs was complete or not so that if complete I am confident that my application had been done thru documentation and waiting for final verdict.

Your timelines included in the tracking sheet.

I was told that it was ok to pay for the processing fee and the permanent residence fee at the same time together with our application to CIC, but there is only one form which is the "Fee Payment Form" in the application package which is only intended for the processing fee? I'm confuse... :(

Philippines don't have national identity ID so keep it blank. Goodluck :)
