Can anyone tell that If someone's MPNP nomination case got REJECTED by Manitoba Govt. If yes, WHAT were the reasons?

I am preparing documents to CIO,and have an urgent question,there are some files we need to sign,
could you please help me to confirm whether it is correct:

1 Generic Application Form to Canada(IMM 0008) Page 5 Principle applicant
2 Schedule A:Background/Declaration (IMM 5669) Page 4 Principle applicant
3 Schedule A:Background/Declaration (IMM 5669) Page 4 Spouse
4 Schedule 4:Economic Classed-Provincial Nominees Page 1 Principle applicant

When we was preparing application documents to Manitoba(MPNP General stream),I remember there were some papers need to be signed by bothe(Principle applicant and spouse),it was the agency to prepare docuemnts for us,we just signed when he asked, I did not pay much attention on it,but this time I want to prepare by myself.
And according to the my understanding,there is no paper requring signatures of both of us. Is it right?

Mine got rejected coz my first cuzn in Mb cudnt provide my mother and her mother's birth crtific8s ...2 show dat v r first cuzn...now i have applied under distant relative one n its taking alot of tym...

MPNP GS- Application date: 15 July 2102.
Sponsor received AOR and asking current work reference letter: 02 JAN 2013(Letter dated Dec 27 2012)
Submitted by Fedex to spondsor: Jan 15 2013.
Spondsor handed in Monitoba office: Jan 18 2013
Sponsor Interview: May 2 2013.
LOA received : Jun 4th 2013 (Issued on May 7,2013)
Now is preparing application to CIO

Hi guys,
I got my AOR through email. It is dated 6th June.
I submitted my application on dec 6th.
No additional document is requested in the letter. Does that mean my application is complete?

And somebody please include me in the track sheet.

AOR is just acknowledgment of receive , they will review your file and documents afterward then they will contact with you through email
If they need an additional document .
SO , AOR dose not mean your documents are reviewed yet .

After obtaining the AOR, how long does one wait before sponsor is interviewed/LOA obtained? How many months in the average after obtaining AOR?

Its not correct to say a close period because it depends on many things
but If your file is eligible and processed correctly , I can assume after you get file number it would be 3-5 months to make interview and days after LOA may be done .

why have you applied through distant relative if you have a close relative. Also did you apply online.?

any news on General stream online applications. I haven't heard any positive news from them. Any of the GS online applicant who applied in Jan 2013 and received sponsor interview??
