I have not received my aor or loa. I submitted my application thru the regular mail last year of January. I am bothered. :'(

Hi rockmi.... You mean you have applied in jan 2012 nd received nothing yet. May be your sponsor received your AOR...

Thanks Ramcal. I got mine at Duty free in paranaque and was given june 26 for release...so most likely before end of the month i will submit app. Did you put your destination is canada? Travel abroad is different from local purpose.

yes...i applied for visa canada..

i cannot submit yet. reason : i didnt noticed my family's passport is going to expire on march 2014. i have no more time to submit the documents only to be sent back by CIO because of these reason.
i heard that the passport renewal is getting complicated by the day. as soon as i get their passports then i am submitting all my docs.

There is always a possibility that CIC/VO might request an updated bank statement especially if there is a one-time bulk deposit of funds in the account.

ad123164,thanks a lot for the advice. i would not worry too much for this concern. but how about if the minimum required money in my bank certificate is CND24000, but after nomination, it goes down to CND20000? Will this be the reason for them to return back my application?

Yes, it can be a ground for rejection of your application. One of the CIC forms which you have to fill-up is IMM0008 wherein you're asked to specify the amount of liquid funds available with you. The amount should not be less than the required minimum. Although you're not required to submit a bank certificate; however CIC/VO may request it if they have doubt of the continuing existence of the fund declared during the MPNP application.

Yes, I applied too without PCC and got AOR already. However, you will be asked later for the police certificate by VO.

Guys, who among this group is a single applicant and do not have representative? May I know if you include "add'l dependent dec" and "use of representatives" forms? And could you please share your applications status as well, do you have AOR-CIC, MR, VISA? Thanks in advance.

Those who submitted their applications December of 2012 and got LOA last May are under Family Stream. I believe MPNP is prioritizing FS applicants aside from the fact that they have applied online. Don't worry, our "big day" will come as well.

Don't worry, you are not alone. I am also a dec applicant and have not got anything yet. Hopefully, we will get AOR this month.
