Response:

In my case, YES. Likewise, with some applicants who had posted here before with the same issue. I believe it is an SOP for MPNP to acknowledge receipt of the additional documents if they initiated the request. I am speaking based solely on my previous experience and from what I have read in this forum but others may have different experience.

I would like to know if ever I receive my AOR with additional request documents, is there a due date to submit the requested documents to the MPNP office? how many day(s) they usually required to submit the documents??

will they send the AOR through snail mail and wait for about a month to receive it? will it affect the required date of submission of the documents? (GS-Applicants)

Hi Everyone,

Could anyone kindly include our GS application to the tracking sheet. Details as follows:

General Stream application was personally filed in Winnipeg by our sponsor on 28 November 2012.
No AOR received, but yesterday (4 February 2013), our sponsor told us that he already received a message from MPNP that he will be contacted for interview by their office anytime within this week.

Timeline updated and welcome to the group.

It seems that MPNP are going to directly interview the sponsors for the said month, and some of the people here weren't receiving their AOR yet. Based from the computations the processing for the GS applications has been lessen to 6-7 months.

Hope they will process it more quicker.

Hi Gat,

I sympathize with you on what happened to your application. 1 year is quite too long to wait considering that your batch mates had already received their LOA. I believe you are the only one left out in the tracking sheet. However, I still believe that your sponsor will be interviewed in a few days because you have not receive a refusal letter at this time.

Your application is still in the fighting form and soon you will get a big surprise in your life. One good thing is that you received an AOR and that is a good sign that your application has a strong possibility of getting reviewed and approved.

Let’s give MPNP some more time and in the meantime join me in praying for the speedy review of your application and that in the next few days the MPNP officer will open up his eyes ( wide open) to notice that your application has been left out and that he will expedite the processing of your application until it gets approved. Amen.
