Would VO enquire about your current job from your employer ? I am getting tensed as if they requested for additional documents , I have to go back to my current employer and he might can refuse to give it this time ?

Shall appreciate your positive views for the above.

Hi just wanna update my sister's application. Her name in the MPNP application 2012 tracking sheet is Letlet_26. Here's her timeline:

VO - CEM
Received @ CIO - Oct 26, 2012
CC charged - Nov 27, 2012

MR - Jan 15, 2013
MD - Jan 21, 2012

Not sure but know of someone that applied through the MPNP Family stream and was asked to provide all the contract of employment.

Emperor ,

As MPNP have given us the LOA and there is mentioned in the checklist that we should only provide the documents to CIO that are required in checklist.

We have already provided the current employer certificates when we had applied to MPNP. On the basis of calculation of our experience MPNP have found us eleigible for the same .

Now where from this angle of documents required from VO come from ?
How to deal with it . In my case if they required documents from current employer , I shall not be able to provide them . I can only be able to provide them the pay stubs .

Please share ur expert comments on how to deal with it .?

Hello karambir singh, sorry for the late reply.

As PNP nominee, we were pre assessed by the province who nominated us that's why we are not asked to provide proof of our qualifications like COE, Diploma, Certificates as well as the bank certificate and statement in our PRV application.

But, they may still ask for it anytime during the processing of our application and we need to comply. Regarding your question, if you can not provide what they are asking you, make a letter of explanation and provide them other proof to support your claim.

For now, make sure you have the pay slips, job offer contract and compose a letter of explanation. Then, try to relax.

As mentioned by Tweety, you need to relax. The issue I mentioned relates to a friend who has already spent a year now in Manitoba. Before the VO issued his visa they requested for contract letters, current bank statement, etc. and some of the requested documents that he cannot provide, he wrote a letter explaining the reason for that.

I suspect the VO just randomly pick some applicants and ask for these things.

I am also thinking the same thing Emperor, they randomly pick applicants and ask for additional docs. They may ask for FORM 137, baptismal certificate, updated COE...... We really can't predict, so, it will be useless to worry. Let's try to relax and have faith that everything will be okay.
