Great work i have seen you doing here Tweety05. A big kudos from Lady Spicey to you buddy, just stay healthy for your medicals.

Just would want a little clarification from your regard IELTS,MPNP stated clearly that All Applicants Must submit Recent IELTS recent along with their application and was silent on Applicant's spousal IELTS. Unlike CIC requirements,Spousal IELTS result is required but MPNP is silent on this.

Finally, which period would you regard as 'Recent IELTS'?

Thanking you with much regards.
Thank you very much spicey :) Yes, we really need to be healthy for the medicals.

In my understanding based from the official websites of MPNP and CIC,

MPNP, requires all principal applicants to submit IELTS upon application but not the spouse. English language ability certificate from educational institution and workplace will suffice.

CIC, requires only principal applicants who fall under NOC Level C or D to submit the IELTS result. Since they did not mention any english language certification for the spouse then there's no need to take the IELTS although they may submit it if they want.

Recent IELTS for me is the IELTS result which is still valid.

House Share your views ,

Would VO enquire about your current job from your employer ? I am getting tensed as if they requested for additional documents , I have to go back to my current employer and he might can refuse to give it this time ?

Shall appreciate your positive views for the above.

Your welcome kidlat :)

For CIC application, all correspondence will be by email so there's really no need for representative, unlike in MPNP, you need a sponsor to support your application by filling up the SP2.

If you plan to assign your uncle as your representative, you may do so. About the form, it will be better to let your uncle sign & date it and send it to you to be included in your application package. Or it maybe the other way around.

Any update on your application?

Hi tweety,

I asked theM if it is okay for Me to re-apply online since they cater GS Online applicants already, they replied that they are working on August applicants. So it is true that they will no longer send AOR (in case they require no additional documents) and they will just proceed with the interview, just like the case of Titapie. I will just wait for my turn then and not to reapply. ;D I think this is a good news for August applicants and beyond. For me, if i just recently applied, i will definitely withdraw it then reapply online. ;D

Here's the dialogue

Dear officer,

Good day, I applied last August 2012. Do you recommend me to apply online under GS again since you have opened your online service for all the category recently? Would it be wise for me to do that? or I just have to wait for my papers to reach its queue in your office? Thanks a lot.

Dear Kurt Sebastian:

With respect to your inquiry, you are correct that General stream applicants can know apply online. However, as I am writing this email-reply to you, we are currently working on applications we received in August 2012. If you wish to withdraw your previous application, you would have to write us a letter indicating that you would like to withdraw your application. Also, for us to be able to look on your file on our buckets, you would have to give us the exact date when you submitted the application and a registered envelope so that we can mail back the application to you.

Sincerely,

Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program

That's really good news :) Thank you for sharing it with us.

Good luck.

No problem Tweety. :D

Here is the process i have used to inquire with mpnp. MB dream and itguy29 ;D

I have filled up the form on this link. Try to scroll it down and you will see a "Ask an MPNP Question" then voila, write your questions. I opted this method because they really answer all my questions.

PM sent.

No need to provide the proof of relationship. it is not included in the checklist. Just follow the instructions from the guide and submit what is in the checklist.
