Thnx tweety for ur suggestion and consideration...this thing help me alot...I have one query as my sponser interview is expected in this month any time jan 13, my spouse passport validity is upto dec 2013.. What should we do now??get it renew now or wait for the further processing of case...or what is the right time to renew passport.my self is main applicant.. Do tell me

What happens in case there is delay in case processing from obtaining the initial AOR to receiving LOA from MPNP, then applying to CIO, then medical & visa issuance & the applicant age has exceeded the minimum age requirement by this time? Applicant age was within the bracket before AOR & even the LOA, but due to delay in processing, the age has exceeded. Will the applicant be denied visa or case will be processed to conclusion? Appreciate an expert advice.

Hi Guyzz

Best wishes to those who have got their LOA's. And may god bless all those who are in line.

Any update on October 2012 FS applicants?? Anyone who have got their sponsor interviewed??

Hi, (it's not an advice but just an opinion)
I will assume you're talking about GS application. Based on the list of requirements/criterion for MPNP nomination, age will be considered in acquiring points whereas there's no mention of rejecting your application if the applicant is over-age, in fact we dont know what over-age is, in the first place? However, taking your case for the sake of argument, the immigration officer will base your nomination not only because of the age factor but also in so many factors as well. Nevertheless, if you would take "their shoes" I'm sure you will only give approval to any immigrant as long as you prove that certain individual will be an asset to your country. I dont want to discriminate our elders, but how can you accept an applicant having 60 years of age or more (considering health issues)? At any rate, 50's are still competitive and having a huge chance to be accepted, i believe so, I hope you are in that range...

Cheers !

Don't worry about aging-out. They will consider your age when you made your application. I know it for a fact because the husband of my sister-in-law (he's the principal applicant) aged-out but still issued with a visa. He was already 50 years old by the time the visa was issued. :D

Hello House,

Impossibilities

1)You can't count your hair.
2)You can't wash your eyes with soap.
3)You can't breathe when your tongue is out.
Please put your tongue back in your mouth.

Ten (10) Things I know about you.
1) You are reading this.
2) You are human.
3) You can't say the letter ''P'' without separating your lips.
4) You just attempted to do it.
6) You are laughing at yourself.
7) You have a smile on your face and you skipped No. 5.
You just checked to see if there is a No. 5.
9) You laugh at this because you are a fun loving person and everyone does it too.
10) You are probably going to send this to see who else falls for it.

Have a great Day.

Do not regret growing older. It is a privilege denied to many people.

Wishing you a very happy new year with lots of update.

Ic. Before, my sister didn't received any LOA, but her sponsor did. That's why my aunt still mailed it to her. Hope I could get my LOA soon.

Maybe the mailing address used by your sister was her sponsor's address in Canada in order to get the decision letter quickly. As far as I know only one copy of LOA is mailed to the applicant to her/his preferred address. Hope you'll have your LOA the soonest possible time. Good luck

You're welcome :)

Since it is still valid for the whole year, I would suggest to renew it right after your medical exams. I am thinking that it will be just right in time for your passport request (PPR).

Dear Gat,

This is horrible. Your Profile states there was no additional documents requested, but you submitted twice. Don't you think this could be responsible for the delay in processing your case?

Secondly, which of the Stream do you belong?
