Do we need to attach the original LOA or just a copy? Because in the checklist it's written copy, but in the letter itself, the received letter to be attached.

Also, do you have any idea if my sponsor is allowed to sponsor my cousin now or it is safer to let me arrive first in Canada before they process their papers?

i am from the phil, too. i am gathering all my documents and will submit it a week later.
i'd like to ask how to answer the language ability section in MAPP form. it is regarding the hours of instruction in frech or english. what did you write in there? i believe english is our second language so i really am confused..

Gaile if you will apply online you wont fill out the MAPP form anymore. Dont worry about the hours of instruction, there is no question like that on online application.

I have one query, As my real brother have sponsored my mpnp case, and now at the same time, does my brother's spouse can sponsor a general stream applicant....as my case was sponsored by my brother not by his spouse........

Online application is for family stream and strategic initiative stream only.
Having a distant relative as your sponsor will fall under PNP-General Stream.

Approximately, it will take 8-9 months from the date of submission to MPNP.
That is based on others' timeline.

I think it's OK. Although husband and wife shares material possessions under the law, they do not share IDENTITIES. ;D

There is no other way to follow up decision except that, you have to be patient and believe God Almighty that everything is settled already . As quite alot of us are also eagerly waiting for LOA.

I followed the instructions of MPNP and CIC about LOA. I have the original copy on top of my CIO application package and the photocopy to where it is instructed to be placed by CIC.

As far as I know, you have to be in Canada first before your sponsor can sign SP2 for another applicant.

Yes, she can. As long as she's not presently sponsoring another applicant of MPNP.

If you follow-up your application, they would always say that it is "still on process" unless they already sent your LOA (decision letter) then they will give you the date when they mailed it.

Have more patience, anyway it's only 3 weeks since the interview.
