For education documents, you need to upload BOTH Diploma & Transcript for Secondary and College education. If you DO NOT have one of this document for a certain VALID REASON, upload a letter of explanation why its not available. Caution: For college education, you MUST have BOTH documents otherwise it will be requested from you in further stage which will only cause delay in processing your application.

Per timeline it will take a month for the fee/s to be encashed. I am hoping that the processing will be faster since there are holidays in December.
