Hi
My uncle(sponser) had told me about this, he said now the application is processing much faster might be because of this , even he is telling it might be rumour. But still they are accepting the applications.
We can wait and pray to god
Best of luck
regards
Krishna

I also asked my brother in Winnipeg regarding this matter and had confirmed that it's just a rumor but it's true that they are planning to abolish the MPNP program early next year. That's the reason why he's forcing me to submit my application as soon as possible. Hope everything will go smoothly. :)

God bless us all. :)

Hi All
did anybody called to MPNP office or anybody got updates currently which month application they are processing?
Nobody updated the sheets(March applicant) :)that means still they are working on February applicant?

please keep updated

Dear Everyone,

Is it necessary to submit the application with police clearance? Just want to be sure before resubmitting my application that I've given all the important documents.

Thanks & godbless

You dont need to submit it. The required documents to be submitted are clearly stated in the Manitoba Immigration website. Take your time to read through and abide by those requirements.

PCC is a requirement when you are submitting your application to Citizen & Immigration Canada (CIC) after Manitoba would have nominated you for a PR Visa.

I agree PCC is not required for MPNP LOA it will be required for Federal processing under CIC.

You need to be specific. There are different streams and as such there may be different time-lines. Malisa who is in this forum applied on the 21st April 2012 got her LOA on May 29 2012 and she applied under strategic stream. I know someone else who also applied under strategic initiative stream who applied on 20 February and got her LOA on 17 May 2012.

So if we are saying MPNP is processing application of January or February 2012, we need to specific the stream(s) they are working on otherwise we will just be causing anxiety for some people who applied in those months and have not received either AOR or LOA. This is just my view.

Regards.

EVERYONE !
under GENERAL STREAM - ive realized that most of the applicants received their AOR IN 4 to 5 months (esp our friends in this forum ) and ofcourse its faster for those who applied online.

And for those who update our timeline tabulation , thnx so much ! Hope all ends well for all of us here...JUST KEEP ON PRAYING !

@EMPEROR - i totally agree to your posts !

Does anyone know the average wait time to be given a response when you have applied under the strategic initiative stream for an exploratory visit?

Before now it takes an average of 30-60 days but now it has gone up to 120 days.

@emperor - most of the streams now i guess have the same timeline except for the FAMILY STREAM.

the wait for AOR is really killing at times...much that we want to be patient but at times we feel so impatient...

any idea which month are they processing now under general stream?

As per the latest update in our track list:

Family Stream: General Stream
GURMEET0729 Ms Teddy
Submitted : January 17, 2012 Submitted : January 20, 2012
AOR : May 30, 2012 AOR : June 2, 2012

Based on these, I dont think there's a difference on the processing considering STREAMS..only that we can notice that they are processing now those applicants of 3rd week of January.

@ everstranger35

But this is for sure tht online applications are processed much faster :)

So the best combination is family stream with online application as yours :) so wish you luck
