thanks for the reply my question was not based on ielts requirements my question was based in general like does NOC code matters at any point in MPNP process( apart from the ielts requirement).

No NOC code is not important in General & Family Stream. Even I dont know about mine when I applied for MPNP till the time I received my letter of approval. On all LOA, NOC code is clearly mentioned by MPNP although we dont have to mention about it anywhere in our application.

Today I received AOR from CIO, Nova Scotia

My time line is as follows:

File received at CIO : 6th June 2012

Bank Draft en-cashed : 3rd July 2012

Received AOR (CIO) : 9th July 2012

Now I have to wait for further correspondence from London Visa Office.

My time line is as follows:

File received at CIO : 6th June 2012

Bank Draft en-cashed : 3rd July 2012

Received AOR (CIO) : 9th July 2012

Now I have to wait for further correspondence from London Visa Office.

Congrat. From what I know of London Visa office, you should be getting your medical between 30-45 days from the date your application gets to London. ;D ;D ;D

Basically Im from Pakistan but my Visa Office is London. For Pakistani applicants visa processing timings are worst as compared to any other visa office.

I'll receive additional document request first & then medical.

Medical request usually takes 6-8 months according to my assumptions

Its gonna be a long long wait now onwards

Got File No on 28 Nov 2011
Got LOA on 26 June 2012

I applied under general Stream from India.
I am from INDIA. I Applied my case as a single. I have girlfriend. I want to know what is best option for me to add her for applying to CIC New Delhi. If I get marry now they is she eligible for applying with me? If yes will my case be smooth? I know they can call me for VISA interview. because they might think this marriage might be fake. second option I will apply alone and wait for my PR then marry her and apply for PR for her?

mid may then she interviewed by call at indian time 8:30 PM asked questioms related to her sponser,job,education.after 3 days she got LOA june 26 with document request of bank statment of last 6month

1. Your friends name?
2. MPNP submission date: 20 Jan 2012
3. How did she submit her application? Is it by mail or his/her sponsor submitted it to the MPNP Office?
4. When exactly in May did she received the AOR, is it also the time they requested for the bank statement for 6 months?
5. When was the exact date that she/he and her sponsor/s got interviewed?
