Hi! My friend got interviewed a while ago by an officer of the mpnp. They called her yesterday she can't make the call so she called them back. They asked how are we related, how will she help me. They asked her if she is aware of the responsibilies of a supporter and she will be reliable to the government if ever I leave manitoba. That's it. I am currently working here in Singapore, but they didn't asked my friend. Do I need to email them to tell that I am working here in Singapore? Another thing is that, which is the better address to give, my address in Manila, my address here in Singapore or my address in the province. My friend told me that after the interview they will give the decision if I am approved or not after a month or two..

hi friends,

i sent email to MPNP office regarding the processing status of my application. now i got response from their side.
they send me the response:
" we would be appreciate if you send email from the email address that you give in your file for security reasons."

they send me email with this response cuz i forgot to give my email address at the time when i send my file manually to MPNP office last year.
now my sponsor would go to update my email address to MPNP office.
PLEASE FRIENDS SUGGEST ME IS IT RIGHT DECISION TO UPDATE E MAIL ADDRESS IN MY APPLICATION????

doesn't it take -ve affect?

Hi pls update my timeline.

March 29, 2013: Sponsor Interview
April 05, 2013: LOA sent via courier
APril 22, 2013: LOA recieved
June 15,2013: Permanent Resident Application sent at CIO via DHL
June 18, 2013: CIO recieved my Application
August 20,2013: CIO replied via email that they received my payment and my application was complete.

17 June 2013 - Personal history submitted to CEM

09 Aug 2013 - Singapore police clearance certificate submitted to CEM

why did they asked for police cert? u didn't submit it with ur application to CIO?

rockmi, if ever ma-approve mpnp mo, next is pr visa appication. sa visa application piliin mong visa office is manila. kasi dito sa singapore 25 months ang processing. sa manila 11 months lang. ako 14 months nang naghihintay ng medical request, samantalang sa manila after 2 months nakakareceive na sila ng mr request.
sa application naman ilalagay mo doon yung current address mo at yung home address mo. doon malalaman nilang wala ka si pinas.

Bec my friend told me not to until I receive my loa.. Is that a good move? I have one friend who just arrived in manitoba this August under family stream, she also worked here in Singapore for a year but she didn't declare that she was here in the entire process of her application. But then she had her medical exam done here in Singapore. Yet her papers was still processed and now she's in Canada.. What shall I do? Help. Thank you

we only submitted to CIO our local police clearance cert & NBI as it is only stated on the CIO checklist...we received email from CIO-Nova Scotia (dated 12 Feb 2013) stating that our PR application is considered complete based upon requirements of their instruction & regulation...

then on 14 March 2013, CEM VO instructed via email for our payment of RPRF and asked to undergo medical which completed 04 April 2013...and St. Luke's forwarded to CEM after a month which is 09 May 2013...

and after a month, CEM-VO asked us the said additional documents.....

I am now preparing my filling up my visa application after completed my documents as per checklist requirement.
Below are the question to be answered. need your favorable supports:

1. Generic application:
1.1 Program under which you are applying (sponsor my 1st cousin)
Selection: Family or Economic
1.2 Category under which you are applying (sponsor my 1st cousin)
Selection: Other Relative or Provincial Nominee

Under spouse section... she works up to present but need to put dates/period. if leave blank i got red alert to fill up that section when validated.

2.Schedule A- Back Ground Declaration:
2.1 List details since 18 birth day or the past 10 years, which ever is most recent.

#8 - Personal History
#12- Addresses
Meaning if you have 18 above or more than that......2013 minus 10 years that will be put in that #8 and #12 section?_______

2.2 Signatories for back ground declaration:

2.2.1 The principal applicant......ok I can sign it.

2.2.2 The spouse or common law partner..... stated in before it sign " Declaration of applicant" who will sign on that spouse or
principal applicant.

Fees...no problem I got my demand draft from bank

Thank you very much Rh3ia...for credit card, I dont have that credit limit for 1400 cad dollar for family of four. I tried friends and relatives to borrow for this purpose but sad to say hehehe. I decided to use my maintaining bank for the demand draft. luckily i got it.
