Hi. I am going to send my package to CIO in Sidney. While paying online there is an option to pay The Right of Permanent Residence Fee as well. Can I pay this fee right now or it should be paid only upon a request???

You can pay RPRF now if you wish to. I paid both fees online myself.

But i dont know how to do that. well, i know tru email to MPNP but my problem is what to be written in my email? My sponsor got interviewd last april 18 and God's will, based sa TS bka nasend n ung LOA ko. What should I do now? please help. : ???

Furthermore, it's too late to change your mailing address your LOA is already on the way to your Philippine address. Lately, it takes a week for MPNP to make a decision. I think that you will just "rock the boat" if you will do any changes now, just keep "the steering wheel on auto-mode". ;D ;D ;D

Exactly 45 days! I'm currently waiting for Medical Request from Manila VO.

I've seen that you submitted your CIO application April 18. Why not join us in tracking March/April 2013 CIO applications in this thread...

if that's april 18 interview, somehow your LOA will be sent after 3-5 days and will be reaching your address within 30-35 days. is there anything wrong if the letter be recieved in the Phils? are all members of the family no longer residing there? what more important is the LOA... any how, as per MPNP, you can send an email whenever you have important changes in your basic personal information (e.g...passport, address, marital status and the like) that can affect the approval of your application.

Sending them an email to change your mailing address will give you the exact date when your decision letter was mailed. If not yet because I believe they've asked for addtnl documents from you, once it is ready then they will send it to your sponsor's address.
