i need ur help
i am very new in this thread and no idea about MPNP program.
but i would like to apply i have a masters degree from UK and have 6yrs experience in Sales Marketing i dont have any friend /relative in this province.

my question is can i apply?

Usually the transit time is 3-4 weeks but it depends on when are they going to mail your decision letter. As of the moment, while waiting for your LOA, prepare your PRV application to save time.

Generally it will take 2 weeks for LOA. It happened in my case. Now wait for LOA and prepare file to be sent to CIC
