tomorrow will be our 6 months but, until now no sponsor interview happened... seems they are slow in reviewing all documents... hard to wait... pero sana may positive result and paghihintay.. we are in general stream... :(

just got a message from my sponsor... nung friday pa pala sila ininterview ng immigration... bale filipino daw ang nag interview sa kanila and they she just ask kung how many years na ba kaming magkakilala.. yun lang daw ang tanong and if they need additional information they will just call back..... sana nga ma issue na rin ang LOA namin.... but based on the AOR letter at least six months talaga ang processing time before they will send LOA... hope we are on the right track... God bless everyone... i believe that if it is God's plan for us to migrate it will definitely happened... Dios mabalos.

guys, how about the employment certificate..do we really need to have one with detailed job descriptions? truth of the matter is, i have the old certificates without description. i can no longer go back to my previous employer and ask for the new one. would it be acceptable to send what i have right now? could it not be reason for delay or denial for my MPNP application? please advise..thanks :D

Yes, you may include your business and real property.
Business supporting documents are:
Certificate of registration
Income tax return of your business
breakdown of total investment notarized by a lawyer

Real property you need to provide:
Declaration of real property stating the value of the lot
Declaration of real property stating the value of the house
H & L Title

God bless!

Hi! This is my second post. others might be interested. My application was submitted by my cousin in winnipeg last october 8. i thought that i'll be receiving an AOR early november but until now i haven't received it yet. so i wrote mpnp regarding this. below is the reply:

Please be advised that we currently entering applications we received for the month of September. A letter of acknowledgement usually sent to applicants in 2-3 months from the date we received the application.

Hope this might be of help to those like me who have their application sent last october 2011.

Goodluck to those who are still waiting and congrats to those who have already received their LOAs...God bless us all...

Hello, just want to ask i am applying under the nominee program, my child won't accompany me yet in Canada, do i have to submit a copy of his passport? (btw, i still didn't apply for his passport yet)

hi kilocharlie,

i suggest to get a passport for your child since all requirements are needed whether your dependent will be accompanying or not. it is stated in the application that all requirements must be completed for the principal applicatn and its dependent. good luck!!! GOD BLESS!!!

As of December 1, 2011, if you are applying under the Provincial Nominee Program, you must submit your application to the Centralized Intake Office (CIO) in Sydney, Nova Scotia. Once you have gathered all required forms and documents listed in the Document Checklist, send your application to:

Citizenship and Immigration
Provincial Nominee Program
Centralized Intake Office
PO Box 1450
Sydney, Nova Scotia
B1P 6K5
Canada

If the CIO determines that your application is complete, it will be sent to the appropriate CIC processing office for processing. The processing office will contact you for further documentation once they are ready to process your application.

If your application does not include all of the documents and forms set out in the checklist, CIC will return it to you. Do not provide documents which are not listed in the checklist.

Note: Applications that were sent prior to December 1, 2011 and that are received on or after this date at the visa office will be processed by the office as long they are complete.
