• What VISA OFFICE did you use in Application for Permanent Residence Visa ? I'm under General Stream Provincial Nominee Category Manitoba.
  [/Under What Category , Economic, Federal Skilled or Others(Provincial Nominee)?
  
  My husband is the principal applicant, should i write my maiden name in each form that indicate spouse or i will use my husbands surname?
  
  
  Pls advise people and help me, i need to submit my application on June 01 to save courier fee..

Can i ask what visa ofice did you use Manila or Manitoba in Application for Resident Visa?

Anong stream mo? Ako General stream.
Almost pareho tayo ng case. MPNP application March 20, 2011. Then April 04, 2011- I got a letter from them and they assigned a Temporary File Number, they asked me to provide updated letters of reference which I submitted on May 12, 2011. Still waiting for the good news, just in case you have new updates, please share it to me. I hope they will consider our application as COMPLETE, may acknowledgment letter kaya after nun?

Let's hope and pray that we can all pursue and be able to migrate to Canada soon, in God's perfect time! Please keep on posting.

Good day to all of you, I am new in this forum and find this very useful. My family also had an application under Family stream. My Husband is the Principal applicant, my husband cousin was the signatory of our MAS.

Our application was submitted personally by our sponsor last Mar. 2011 and until now we are still waiting for feedback. we havent received any letter.

Meron lang po ako question, before our application was filled, and sabi po ng sponsor namin eh nung ipapasa na nya yung application, it was checked and found out that there is a missing document, he ask for the document and send it to him. and he submit the application upon receiving the document. yun napo ba yung AOR? kasi they already checked our application.

ano napo ba yung dapat naming hintayin AOR or LOA? and possible po ba na wala na AOR at LOA na ang dumadating from them.

I am planning to apply for Manitoba PNP. I have read that I need to submit employment certificate from previous and current employer that includes duties and responsibilities. what if my previous company would only provide a basic employment certificate with start and end date of employment and position, without the duties and responsibilities?

and if i am currently working in UAE in which English is the medium of communication and if i can provide a certificate for this, do i still need to take IELTS?

Hi rimalashie, It is better to submit a detailed job description that shows your duties and responsibilities and attached a business card of the person who signed it.

As far as I know, you still need to take the IELTS because they only mentioned in the application kit that you do not need to provide the IELTS if you are working in US for 2 years.

This is only my opinion and I hope somebody can still advise you regarding this matter

I have applied for MPNP under General Stream on March 15th 2011. I have 1 questions; my sponsors had already applied for someone in oct 2010 and thy are still waiting for decision on that case.
Would that effect my case in any way. ur guidance will really be appreciated.

Oo, masyado nang matagal kasi yung mga documents ko last Nov 2009 na ko pa naayos then initially na submit na sya nung April 2010 sa Winnipeg kaya lang na-return sa akin by July 2010 kasi yung sponsor ko nakalimutan i-attach yung Manitoba health card at PR card sa MAS, so considered as ineligible, then na-send ko ulit yung mga docs Oct 2010, pero na submit na nang Sponsor ko sa Winnipeg, Manitoba nung March 2011 lang...ky hindi na updated yung letters of reference ko. Wala ding naka specify kung pati yung sa husband ko is required din, bale since ako yung principal applicant I assumed yung sa akin lang ang required[i hope so] Sana nga this time okay na at wala nang hingiin na additional docs...

can anyone tell me what if I submitted my 3 months bank statement but it reached 10,000 dollars on the 3rd month ... do u think there will be a problem with my application? but now my funds is more than the required amount including the property i declared.

nakatanggap ka na ba ng AOR/ Temporary file no.? bago mo natanggap un additional requirement nila?

meron sila binigay na temporary file number kasabay ng request na additional requirement...
I'm not sure kung AOR na ang tawag sa letter na pinadala at kung may final file number pa na ibibigay after nila ma-received yung requested docs[w/c I have already sent last May12 thru FedEx]. BTW,eto yung nakalagay sa letter:

OMG...biglang nag check ako ng copies nung application form ko for PR visa, hindi ko pala yun na-fill up. Paano kaya yun? ay bigla akong nag-worry. now ko lang napansin na di ko pala yun nalagyan. Balak ko dito sa Abu Dhabi Embassy magpasa ng application

OMG...biglang nag check ako ng copies nung application form ko for PR visa, hindi ko pala yun na-fill up. Paano kaya yun? ay bigla akong nag-worry. now ko lang napansin na di ko pala yun nalagyan. Balak ko dito sa Abu Dhabi Embassy magpasa ng application

I really have no idea ...pero in my own opinion its ok na siguro kasi alam mo nasa iyo ang original lagyan mo n lang. pra pagdating approval mo eh ok na complete na ang form

Lets pray na all will be well tlaga...kakadala lang ng sponsor ko nun june 1 yun papel namin last june 1 pero kunin pa nya yun affidavit ng isa sa mga sponsor bago nila isubmit sa immigration ng canada
