WVirginia,

thank you for the advice...just to clarify, does it mean I also need to send updated forms to reflect all the changes?

I wouldn't, because these are just additional documents and the MAPP does not require passport numbers.

I would make changes to the application for permanent resident after receiving the nomination.

Can anyone else provide some advice?

@ WVirginia: Thanks for the reply...that's what i was thinking too, just want to be sure.
How to notify them about all the changes? 1. passport number 2. spouse's employment status
Do l need to provide a cover letter?

My family friends had applied for my General Stream application in Manitoba on March 15th 2011 but I have not received any response back. People who have applied after me are getting AOR.......is there anything wrong with my file.....or it is normal for it to take 2 months to receive AOR. please guide me

You should send a cover letter with your temporary file number, make reference to the passport numbers and include copies of information/picture pages.

Good luck!

@ Pinoy16 and Sset12 - Good Luck to all of us! sana lhat tayo maging PR! God is Good All the time! lets continue praying ;D

@ auie09, hi ! It's ashley from another forum, hope you still remember me.
How's your application?
We haven't submitted ours, because we are still waiting for some docs still.
Plus I renewed my passport and applied for our daughter's passport, and the release date is June 28 (rush na yun ha)! argh! Frustrating!

Guys want to ask some query? The required funds is 11015 for single applicant? when it starts? I send mail to mpnp last april 6 and ask the settlement of funds regarding the changes but they told me that still 10kcad im confuse now because my funds is only 10++++ on my first application i was denied because of my funds....

hi esr, the settlement funds for MPNP is still 10k plus 2k for each additional family member.
below is the table for FSW, maybe this is what you mean.the forum doesn't allow me to post links. you can check by typing canadian skilled worker settlement fund in your browser. for MPNP, you can type Manitoba PNP, and click family support. the info is under ADAPTABILTY.
hope this helps.

Family Members Funds Required (fsw)
(in Canadian dollars)
1 $11,115
2 $13,837
3 $17,011
4 $20,654
5 $23,425
6 $26,419
7 or more $29,414
You do not have to show that you have these funds if you have arranged employment in Canada.

hi ashley, we already received our AOR ,, i'm waiting for the LOA na lang :) hopefully it will be positive

Wheeeew, just got interviewd by another MPNP officer regarding my other sister's application. They are getting strict indeed when it comes to settlement funds. the officer said my sister has insufficient funds. she has P500k in time deposits and $3k in her regular bank acct. She is married with one 1 baby. The officer said that she needs $14k even if she is not bringing her family with her...I kind of argue with her a bit b'coz I said it states in there website that funds must be 10k plus 2k for each accompanying family member, and she said no, he fund is for the entire family...fingers crossed hope he is not mad at me and deny my sister's application. I didn't sign her MAS2 b'coz I figured out she has enough funds for herself, but I did send my own bank statements. She said she will consider it ;). She questioned me how come I had so much savings considering my pay is only this much...I told him I had free housing, car and car insurance, and utilities (electric, phone, etc.) from work... I'll just probably prepare another set application for the Federal skilled worker. I'm not so positive about this one

Hello Lorie!

dont worry, stay positive... theres nothing impossible.. we'll never know..Im sure everything will be fine.. :)
