Hi,

My brother's MPNP application is showing assessment pending status. They call the supporter yesterday. How long it may take to get LOA? will they email the LOA?
Please assist. thank you.

More information about your brothers application would be needed. MPNP applications can take anywhere from 4 months to 2 years. Applications of people who are already living and working in Manitoba are processed faster. MPNP does not process in the order they are received. They process the stronger applications first. They consider those most likely to settle strogest.

After getting the LOA, the next step is to apply to CIC using that nomination letter.
You can check these links for that:

1. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/provincial/apply-how.asp
2. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/guides/EP7TOC.asp
3. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/prov-apply-application.asp

Download all the forms and read the instructions multiple times before filling them up and sending them.
Let me know if you need anything else.

please i need help

Does my sponsor(first cousin) also need to submit relationship prove with settlement plan part 2 ?

Even if i have uploaded/submitted everything regarding my documents and my sponsor's documents including relationship proof documents (applicant & applicant's mother marriage certificates, Sponsor & Sponsor's mother marriage certificates, educational documents, proof of Canadian citizenship, proof of sponsor employment, proof of sponsor residence, my and sponsor birth certificates, sponsor health card, almost every document proving my relationship with my sponsor (first cousin) etc).

if the answer is Yes, than what documents does Sponsor need to submit with Settlement plan part 2?

Does he need to submit the same &every document which i uploaded to prove my relationship?

your response will be highly appreciated.

No, only SP2 will be required to submit from your sponsor.

For the CIC stage, do we need to upload the scanned document of the IELTS report? or just provide the details, e.g. scores and reference number?

My CIC stage is not started yet but I want to plan & prepare for it. As in form # IMM5690 (Document Checklist) it is mentioned as follows:

<hr>

Police Certificates and Clearances

You must get a police certificate from each country or territory where you have lived for six or more months in a
row since the age of 18. You are strongly encouraged to submit your police certificates with your application to the
CIO. If you are unable to obtain all the necessary police certificates, you may still send your application to the CIO
without them. However, we strongly recommend that you take steps to obtain your police certificates now to avoid
future delays. You must be ready to submit them when requested by an officer.

<hr>

Should we submit PCC with CIC Application or when the CIC Officer ask later for it? Please let my know what is suitable and most practiced by the MPNP candidates?
