I took the come to manitoba, tool. I scored 73 points. I have a distant relative there and they are willing to be my manitoba supporter. However, I heard from some people that i couldn't have my application approved because my relatives doesnt have $35,000 annual salary, lives on a flat, and only have 3 part time jobs. But when i search the net regarding this, there's nothing that indicates the supporter's annual salary and living condition to make them ineligible. Can you help me with this?

Hello friends,
I have applied to mpnp in july 2013. LOA date is 30-11-2014 , i received LOA 23-12-2014. I send my file to CIC on 10-1-2015 according to DHL it has been received by their office on 15-1-15. On the same day they updated their document checklist. Will it affect my application, according to some other topics on this site they are taking 5 months to assess application so in my case it would be in june 2015 till that time my LOA would have expired. I am really confused what would happen.
Can we get extension on LOA.

hi guys plz help me in this matter i m bit confused

in january mid 2015 i sent my PR application to cic and thery received it on jan 22 2015 the problem is that i prepared my docs before a month of submitting and on 25 nov 2014 CIC has an update on IMM0008 form but as i told you i had prepared my docs before so i forgot to update my imm 0008

now another thing is that that an updated imm0008 has an ommision of question"Requested Visa Office " so in my case no information is missed in my imm0008
besides that i send a form which has Requested visa office question ...point is that there was nothing major changed in updated imm0008 rather than there is a minor ommision


so what you guys think that they might be returned my application package ? or they requested just a new updated imm0008 ? if some one has that type of experience plz share it

I am principle applicant, and I want to submit Bank statement and Bank Certificate under my Wife's account, her account is almost 2 years old. And required Settlement fund according to my case it will be $16000. This $16000 amount just maintaining last 3 months. And before it was less then $16000. Is it ok ?
One of my friend told me M-PMP Must Required Joint account husband/wife is that true ?

Yes it's true it should be joint account.. Nd having a maintain blance between $15000 to $17000 the longer your bank account the better..

My bf had his application returned on April 9th. We felt pretty stupid because for some reason we never included the 6 pictures of him. We sent pics of all his family members but we completely missed the part where it said of his family members and HIMSELF. We went over the application so many time and still missed something. Now we have wasted 3 months.

The fact that they opened his file and there were check marks all over the place makes me wonder if we would have been a lucky odd application that would have got an AOR sooner than most people. I am pretty sure they usually issue an AOR shortly after opening the application as long as everything is there.

The only good thing about getting it back when we did was that we had time to fix the mistake and send it back before his PNP expires at the end of the month. We did have to redo some of the forms because some dates were different since we sent it the first time (like his new work permit and the fact that we flagpoled for it). Also some of the forms have been updated on line so we wanted to make sure we used the most recent. So we spent the weekend going over the application again and sent if by courier yesterday. The courier said it should be there by tomorrow at the latest.

Its just so frustrating that we went over it so many times and could miss something so obvious.

Also frustrating that they can't just send us something asking for the pics and then add it to his application. Instead they spend time opening it and going through the whole thing then send it back only so that it will sit in a pile again for another 3 months until someone opens it again and goes through the whole thing again. It seems like a waist of their time to have to send an application away after going over it once only to have to go over it all over again when they receive it again just because of one missing thing. It seems to me like it would be far more time efficient to just request the missing item and add it to the file. These are the types of stupid procedures they have that back them up. It also costs tax payers money because these government workers are using more hours when they have to do the same thing twice. I know it may feel like the fees are high to get PR but what CIC takes in every year in fees from all the different application types they get doesn't cover the costs they have at the end of the year.

Oh well like I said back to waiting............ Cry

I tougth photos cant be a problem. I send my application 2 week back and soon after i ralized that my wife photos size was wrong. So what should be next for me? Am i getting my app back? I am principl applicant and my photos are rigth size.
