When i check determine eligibility portal of website of mpnp it shows only 60 point required out of 100 for MPNP Skilled Worker Overseas but draws are out of 1000 i am very confused please help
And when i logged in to MPNP Account it only shows two options
1. Skilled worker
2. Business class
There is not a skilled worker overseas option? Is there any specific dates to apply for Skilled worker overseas?

For 2017 MPNP, labour market strategy Skilled Workers, they will choose:
75% Skilled workers Nominated with Jobs
25% Skilled workers who can be matched to jobs after arrival

Is the 1st group 'nominated with jobs' for 'Students, Strategic Recruitment and Temporary workers' with job offers?

Can an overseas skilled applicant apply under this from abroad? (let's say a job offer given in writing), or is their option only by the 2nd group?
