please I need help...I made a blunder...I submitted my MPNP profile on 30th April,2015 and received a letter of their confirmation....only then I realized I wrote my Given Name as my Last Name and my Last Name as my Given Name Now I cannot do anything about it...I can not change my name as it is blocked and no edit option available.
Please help me what must I do. Should I just wait for my LAA and then explain them my situation? or Am I allowed to withdraw this EOI (expression of interest) and apply with a fresh EOI???

The only way you have is to wait for LAA, when it arrive, you will tell them your mistake. You are not making any kind of fraud, MPNP will listen to you.
And don't try to submit a new profile, your this act will sense like fraud.
