On Dec 9 at around 1PM in Canada, I received a life-changing email, the LOA, in my inbox!

True to its promise, the MPNP 2015 is faster and better!

May you receive yours too, very soon... in GOD's time!

My Timeline:

April 30 -- Submitted my EOI
May 20 -- Received the LAA
May 29 -- Submitted my full application to the MPNP
May 31 -- Got the MPNP File No.
June 9 -- MPNP received my Manitoba Supporter's SP P2
Nov 9 -- Assessment Pending
Nov 16 -- Supporter received a voicemail from MPNP
Nov 17 -- Supporter returned the call of MPNP + MPNP interviewed me & my spouse for 22.5 mins! = Assessment in Process
Dec 1 -- Assessment Complete
Dec 9 -- LOA dated 30 Nov 2015 was received via email

Could someone help me to answer this question? I have reached out to MPNP help, but they didn't clarify my question, their answer is so generalized that I still don't know what to do. I'm wondering if I need to upload a document of my supporter in Manitoba for proof of residence, such as Manitoba healthcare, citizenship etc? This is for my online application only, not for the SPP2. I know for certain in SPP2, they have to submit resident status. But why is that necessary in my part to submit that, it doesn't quite make sense to me. Can someone clarify? Thank you folks.

Hi,

I uploaded all the credentials of my supporter to be sure. Anyway, those options (proof of residence,birth certificate, etc...) are located on the drop down menu once you go online on MPNP website.

On my LOA letter it was mentioned that I can't apply under express entry not sure it was because I am an inland applicant or its same for everyone. I did paper application and most people who are PNP holder apply via paper application.
