Mpharm in India. What exam should be given to get job in canada?

I am planning to get PR for CANADA.

My wife will be my dependent. She is Mpharm in India. So can somebody please guide which exam should she give to be eligible as a pharmacist in canada?

Also what are the job chances and pay scales for pharmacist in canada?

Please advice ASAP as I need to plan accordingly.
