I am a Canadian citizen living in Ontario. I will be moving permanently to US and declare non-residency in Canada. Do I need to give up my driver's license and OHIP?

Always nice to see people leave right after they get their citizenship
. Yes you lose OHIP and should call and inform them that you are moving to prevent fraud. Same as children benefit if you are receiving it. Better to cancel than to have to pay back with penalties.
