Moving to Sri Lanka with Indonesian fiancé

I hope someone can advise me I am currently in Indonesia with my Indonesian fiancé. I got a job offer in Sri Lanka, if we move there together (2 year contract) and get married there would we be able to apply for her permanent residency from there? Or do we still have to go through Singapore?

If she is ADMITTED to Sri Lanka for 1 year or more, then you can use Colombo.
