Moving to Quebec from Australia

Hi all,
I am currently living in Australia and my fiance (we plan to marry later this year) has recently moved to Quebec. I am currently trying to decide the best way for me to move to Quebec. I've looked into different visa types, particularly working and study visas (CEGEPs and Universities) but I'm unsure what a good option would be. I understand that Quebec has a national language of French/Quebecois and I'm very willing to learn the language, I also understand there are additional procedures to go through when applying to immigrate to Quebec. I'm 23 and I have a qualification in retail/hospitality work from Australia, but I don't speak french nor do I have a University degree or additional work qualifications. I've never lived with my fiance and we don't have shared accounts for anything (bank, insurance etc).
What's the process for applying for jobs without many qualifications?
Would a 'Statutory Declaration of Common Union' be of any use in this situation/would my move become simpler?
I am welcoming any advice that I can get for my current situation. Thanks! :)

What is your fiance's status in Quebec? This is a pretty important detail. When are you going to get married?

What is your nationality and age? You mention that you're currently living in Australia but not clear if that means you hold Aussie citizenship. Again important detail (along with your age).

No, a Statutory Declaration of Common Union won't help. You can only sign this document if you have already lived together continuously for at least one full year and have evidence to support this. Otherwise you are not common law in the eyes of Canada.

For the study visa route, do you have $25,000+ in savings to cover first year tuition and living expenses? (You'll need this to get a study permit approved._

Generally speaking, it's very difficult to secure a job offer for foreign workers (even more difficult without a degree and without knowing French if you're aiming for Quebec). There may be potential paths but you really need to provide your full profile and answer the questions above.

My Fiance is currently studying full-time in Quebec with a student permit. We don't have a set date to get married, but we're looking to see each other towards the end of 2021 during a holiday period while she has a break from her study, and get married then.
I am 23 years old, and I have a US and Australian citizenship, both are current with passports for each. I do have enough funds to cover the study route with some universities for one year, but I was also looking at alternatives for study, like cegeps. I've started applying for jobs in the Quebec area, making my current living situation transparent and showing I'm willing to move country and learn French if needed.
