Hi,
I applied for my parents from Ontario. The Sponsor part of the application has been approved, now the Sponsee part of the application is being processed. During this time, if I move to Quebec, do I need to engage Quebec Government and start the process all over again?
The Destination City for my parents is Toronto as my brother lives here and they own a house here too. Quebec Immigration tells me that they don't have any process for Sponsoring Parents who will leave outside of Quebec if the Sponsor is in Quebec.
Can I move to Quebec without having to apply for Quebec Sponsorship? or if I do that, will my parents be refused entry when their application is accepted and they try to enter Canada (because they won't have CSQ from Quebec)?
