HI
We got PR via CEC ,we were trying to get a job in Vancouver and another province. Atlast we were offered a job in Montreal.
Is there any restrictions for us to move to Quebec and take the offer.
We heard someone saying that moving to Quebec may effect us in future like citizenship or renewal of PR.is it true?
we will be grateful iF someone can guide us regarding this.

There's no restrictions. As a PR you can live in any province you want. You will probably have a bit of a hard time getting a Quebec health card without a CSQ but they will have to give you one eventually. The only things you wouldn't qualify for would be in-province tuition rates and free French classes.

Do we need CSQ even though we have PR card?

No, you don't need a CSQ, but the Quebec bureaucracy will be more difficult to deal with.
It's true. Do you know if we have any difficulties in obtaining citizenship later? All citizenship applicants must attend an interview with immigration officers. I wonder if they've ever questioned people who moved provinces after getting PR, especially moving to Quebec. Your advice would be highly appreciated. Thank you.

No, your citizenship application has nothing to do with the province you're in. As long as you didn't immediately move to Quebec and it doesn't look like you misrepresented your intent to settle outside Quebec before you landed as a PR, there's no issue.
