Through email and other forms of communication we can start the process up to 6 months before your scheduled move.
As part of the Exclusive Assistance Program, I will:
• Be your eyes & ears! That means I will educate you on areas of interest, schools, transportation, market trends and changes.
• Via email you will receive complete neighbourhood reviews, daily new listings of all homes matching your criteria (with photos), and maps showing the layout (good & bad) of the area.
• Provide you with a “THE” list of preferred professionals, including Immigration & Real Estate Lawyers, mortgage specialists, and home inspectors.
• Arrange for temporary rental accommodations upon your arrival (if needed), giving us time to work together more closely in finding you the right property!
• Upon your arrival:
o I will provide you with welcome basket full goodies!
o Provide you with city/area information that helps you with getting all those initial tasks done.
o Take around on property tours, so you can visit suitable properties in the area.
o Represent you when you buy your property, taking you through the whole buying process.
o Give you local contacts you will need as a new home owner in the area.
o And much more... I will be your host here in Toronto and will look after your every need as you are getting settled!
My services to you are FREE, but this does not mean I work for nothing. As your Realtor, I receive a commission from the seller of the property that you buy. The seller pays their Realtor and the buyer's Realtor receives a portion of that fee for introducing the buyer.
