My EE PR Application submitted after payment on 10th August 2022
Received acknowledge of Receipt AOR 11th Aug 2022
Medical passed on 16th september - GU1 update
BIL request - 20th September
Biometric enrollment updated on profile 21st September
since there was no update
when i called IRCC on 28th November 2022 :
PO - Central intake Office CIO Sydney, S.VO: CPC ottawa
Info sharing - Passed
Criminality - Passed
Eligibility - kinda of completed / but still in review (as per IRCC agent on call)
Security has not been started
My Question here:
Am in UAE now, planning to cancel my UAE visa & leave UAE and move back to INDIA (home country) in February'23
1. if my PPR or RFV didn't come up by Feb'23 and if i go to India how things work?
2. will it be any problem if i do that by moving to INDIA in February and RFV doesn't come up by then ?
